DO NOT GET ALIGNMENT HERE! This place is the worse place to get an alignment done because they don’t have the proper equipment or tools nor are the guys that work here trained to do it properly. I did it here and went to PETRO’s mechanic shop right after it and every axle was off by at least half inch . After doing it at TA/PETRO truck is running great on the road. I’ve done other work at the boss shop and it’s been a little better. Like PM and some light parts, my overall experience is I’d rather not come to this shop again.

Mechanic by the name of Miguel , should be a cable tv technician not a Mechanic , I had a problem with my AC compressor On my D60 series freightliner Columbia, i simply asked for a solution to bypass the compressor , which there is a way we’re I can short belt the drive serpentine belt only to operate alternator and water pump, all he gave me was negative answers that I can’t do it and I will break down. Ok how about taking off the ac clutch/pulley cause I can make it to Chicago, he explained he has to drain the Freon , this shop will try there best to make up a big bill and Not help you when in need , I purchased a 30 inch drive belt for $22 I saved over $500 by switching to You tube and finding out a Solution to keep rolling , this shop is zero in satisfying customers.

Was looking to replace Michelin steer tire under warranty with claim number. Was told it was an authorized Michelin dealer by Michelin. Called them to order tire and was told by receptionist that they would have to call me back , had to talk to manager. Called back about fifteen minutes later and was told they never ordered that size tire before and that they couldn't help me and hung up on me. Stopped by about a few days later, being an OOIDA life member I saw that there is a $75.00 discount for a pm service at Boss Shops so figured I'd check. Was told oil change on an N14 was $630.00. Told them I would like front axle (#20,000 axle w/floats) jacked up to grease the kingpins was told by manager that was $70 extra. Told them "Thanks but NO Thanks" and left. After reading reviews can understand all the negative ratings. Definitely won't be back and will be calling Michelin USA that gave me claim number and told me where to go about pulling there authorized dealership status.

Charged us 400 bucks to change an alternator. Picked up our vehicle. It was not changed. Brand new alternator still in the box. But they still demanded payment. Do not go to this scam shop. That's literally all it is, they pretend to work on your vehicle and charge you money. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Hired them to change my alternator. Charged me $$$$ for doing the work. Found new alternator sitting in my trailer, not installed. Sham service through and through. Avoid this place at all cost. Definitely sending this to my legal advisor for proper recourse. Really put us in a bad spot when we were traveling over 1200 miles.

This used to be a great shop. Called and asked how long of a wait for an oil change. They said they could get me in right away. Came in, they wrote me up, and told me to go to bay 2. Waited in front of bay for almost an hour. Went back inside and was told that it would be 1.5-2 hours because both techs were going on road calls. So in 2 hours if more road calls come in, I could be here all day and still not get service. This is no way to do business. I am a long time customer and won't be back!

Came in with trailer light issues. The week before I went to T/A in Baytown TX with same issue. They got them working until it rained again. So I stopped here spoke with Todd told him them issue. He tested lights wiring found there was a ground some where. Found the ground fixed the problem instead of putting a band-Aid on it. Well we will see next time it rains but I am 100% confident it was done correctly this time. Thanks Todd for your knowledge and skill.

Came in for a tire repair and the guy that replaced my tire started throwing stuff when he seen I had a trailer. I wouldn’t recommend this place but the office personnel was nice.

These people doesnt respect other people time. I called the at noon, they said 3-4 hours the came after 10 PM. Today 09/26/2023. Same story. Too bad I cant leave another comment.
