I have been using the Tulsa shop for many years, they are excellent!! They do get backed up from time to time like any other shop but the work they do is well worth it. They have always been fair with me on prices and updating me if anything is going to affect the ETA of completion.

Do not go here!!! Had a starter put on my truck and 2 days later my truck wouldn’t start cause boss shop didn’t tighten up the screw to the starter cable. They do shit work and don’t care.

Nausue at the front desk and Dylan in the back office were great with the customer service and hospitality. The service was great & provided a positive environment. Jerimah, fan tech, was kind enough to offer advise as a new truck owner to keep trucks up to par and running efficiently. Completing the Landstar inspection was smooth & informative. Coming back when in town! Thanks to the team for being so great at y’all’s job!

Very very very very slow..I came here to get two tires changed and a mudflap replaced (5:34pm) 45 mins after pulling in bay the tech hadn’t even taken the lugs off the tire ..I’ve been the only truck here since I pulled in the bay (2 hours ago) (now7:37pm) and still waiting most definitely won’t be coming back here

I love the boss truck shop in tulsa because of Jeremiah, Jerry, Will, Delon, Efrain and Nausue they are an amazing crew I'm coming here for years and they always take care of me and my truck they go above and beyond to take care of things

Techs wasn't bad. But stay on top of people in shop if you have a road side call. Held my last 2 tires for almost 3 hours, lied and said they were on the way. Never came, had to go get them, when I got there they were just putting air in them.

These people saved our day! Pulling the horse trailer our tire busted a bead, only to find out our spare was gashed. They didn’t have a tire to sell us but Marty helped us find one and get it and put it on. They offered our horses water while we waited. So thankful 🙏🏻

Super slow,they say its because they are short handed. I arrived at 0900 to change 1 drive tire. They had me in the shop and 1 other truck that was getting a pm done. Multiple mechanics in the shop but didn't start on my truck until 1315. Then the rude ass mechanic ( Jerry ) tells me to go wait in the office when all I'm doing is standing outside smoking. Never coming back to this place again. The lady at the front counter is very nice and tries to defuse all the pissed off customers due to the mechanics taking they sweet ass time for everything

10:30pm and I needed air in my tires. All the convenience stores I stopped at were missing the nozzle or the entire hose. Google led me to Boss Truck Stop and Joseph took excellent care of my tires. I highly recommend them for their great customer service, and late hours.

So since I called this place I'll tell you I am now customer for life....LEE who answered the phone was my selling point ....SHE IS THE BEST !! I was SOLD from the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE on the phone and in person !! Then on to MARTY and JOSEPH.......in the shop!! Awesome knowledge on troubleshooting truck service. Thanks to DELON (manager) who hired this SPECTACULAR TEAM !!

We had our tire pop off the bead on our truck unexpectedly and they were more than happy to help us even though we’re not a semi. They made sure we were back on the road quickly and were amazing!!!

This company is a absolute joke. They told my boss they would be out to fix my truck,and it would be about 2 hours till they got there. Well after the 2 hours was up I called them. They told me at that time it was going to be 4 hours till they could get to me cause they had 4 service tickets in front of me. Well the 4 hours has passed and now it says there close. These people are a joke.part timers that don't even want to work. They better not come to my truck in the am cause if they do their not going to like what I have to say or possibly do. This is not a threat this is a promise. Don't call these people for a fix cause you won't get one. Trash is what they are. Update: Justin and John two of your mechanics came to fix my truck at about 6:00 this morning. They were very professional gentleman and they take their job seriously unlike upper management. Nausue and Josh are the ones that originally took this call to fix my truck. Both of them are very unprofessional over the phone and need to be retrained on how to give appropriate times for road calls. I never got a call letting me know what time anybody was coming other than the original call that I had made at 7:00 in the evening the previous evening when Josh told me it was going to be 4 hours from that point. Well Josh maybe you need to tell time because 7 + 4 is 11 not 6:00 in the morning and Nausue I think you need to tell time too so you can give appropriate times for road calls because you're way off on your numbers as well 90 minutes to 2 hours is not 6:00 in the morning. I will be giving your corporate office a call and I hope they see this review cuz I'm an avid Google reviewer and this is really going to take a hit on you guys good luck and have a great day thank you Josh Justin and Lee for handling your job in a very professional manner. Upper management take notes. This is how good help treats good customers great job guys.

My driver and I were provided a price on tires out the door, once the repair was done the bill was 1/3 higher than we were told. Dishonest and slow, I will not be doing business with them ever again!

You'll pay a little more but it gets done quick and right. They do a fine job and it gets me back to making money without worrying about missing my loads. I'm local and have choices. Boss is a good one for me
