This past August, I hit a deer with our 2-yr old Jeep Grand Cherokee, and unfortunately, the vehicle sustained significant damage. I have purchased several vehicles from Boucher, so I felt comfortable having them do the work. The staff there was very friendly. Andy was excellent to work with; he was very thorough with the details of the repair and responsive with all communications. The vehicle paint is a metallic gray/charcoal, so I was concerned that with how the old/new panels and components would match, but Boucher did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the repairs and would definitely recommend Boucher.

Walked in for a quote. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The quote was a fair price. The vehicle was scheduled within a week to get worked on. I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you for your service!

My car is currently in the shop for repairs after hitting a deer. They say they’ll follow up with me about it’s progress, & I haven’t heard anything from them. I’ve had to call every time to get information, & every time it’s a different story. I called yesterday & was told my car would be done by tomorrow, & when I called just now, they told me they were still waiting for a part. My car has been in the shop for almost a month now. Zero communication. I bought my car from them so I thought this would be my best choice, but if I ever need repairs in the future, I will be going elsewhere.

I have bought two new cars from them and had the service work done there on both. Most times I have always gotten great service. This time was a mess. I went in for a routine oil change and I was told that my car had worn tires. I asked if it was all of them? The mechanic had wrote down yes. One tire that was rated the worst is new. It only has 5,000 mi on it. The other tires have 16,000 mi. When I questioned it the service person went out and rechecked. She said my tires are fine I do not have to worry and there must have been some mistake. It wouldn't be so bad but there was three other people in the waiting room and I basically heard the same story for all of them. So yes I would question them before by all new tires

They did what I asked and my car looks good, however when my car sat in the shop for an extra four days than they originally said it would take for repairs, I wasn’t exactly happy with that.

Great experience working with the friendly people at Boucher Body Shop And Paint Center. The process for my VW warranty went flawless, everything from the estimate to picking it up finished at the curb. Todd and his crew did an over the top job and my car looks great. I would recommend them to anyone with any autobody needs. They have a great experienced team and it definitely shows!
