23 passengers loaded up heading to fly out of Orlando airport on a mission trip with our church (Forrest Park Church of Christ, Valdosta GA) and we were on a time crunch and was dealing with a dangerously flat tire. Boulevard went out of their way to service the tire, offered exceptional advice, and went the extra mile on keeping us safe and got us out as fast as any tire business I have ever dealt with. I brought my motorhome in for front tires just before Christmas. They got us in almost right away. That part was good. The not so good part is what they did to my Alcoa rims. Both of my front rims are all scratched up with deep scratches like they were dragged on the cement floor, which I think they probably were when they were trying to put the tires on the rims. If you care about your nice Alcoa rims don’t bring your motorhome here because they obviously don’t. Maybe they treat the trucking industry better but I know I won’t be back. I didn’t notice it until a few days after I drove back home 100 miles away.

Usually takes an hour no matter what is being done. Had front end alignment and two new tires. Took the same amount of time to replace a tire pressure sensor. Had a tire go flat after they replaced it, they repaired the problem. I will be back.

Person stated tires were manufactured in 2011 and that rear brake needs attention. Took it somewhere else and were tires were good and brakes were good also. It was a rear suspension that was bad. Will not be returning for a service of any kind here ,disappointed.

Trucking Companies Beware. Our driver received a really high rate for 2 Steer Tire mount and balance labor. I confronted them on it and asked if the casing credits for the Firestone 591's were applied for the end-of-life old tires, they said yes. Red Flag, I then asked for the invoice and there was no casing credit applied, but in fact tire disposal charged. I asked them to correct the invoice, they refused so we took our business elsewhere. Ripped off and lied to.

Went in with a bad tire on my trailer, they were busy so Darren who was working the counter went out and changed it for me so I didnt have to wait long. A+ for customer assistance.
