Within minutes two mechanics were test driving my 1978 Porsche 911, backfiring, no idle, running awful, quick prompt diagnosis and classic porsche is running unbelievably :rapid repair snd im their new customer. Absolutely great and professional workers. Jesús is the store manager at this location I went to and he was nothing but honest, trustworthy and helpful. I came for an alignment, they warned me I had a busted axle spewing grease everywhere; they not only fixed the part but cleaned all the grease up as well! They have affordable prices and they’re respectful, hardworking men. I HIGHLY suggest you use them for any/all car maintenance! Ellos hablan español tambien!! Next time you need an oil change, car part replacement, etc. use them, you won’t regret it!!

Visited this shop on three separate occasions. The first two were to have break pads replaced on front and rear on one suv ML350. The third occasion was to have pads replaced on my second suv, similar type suv only smaller GLK. Upon completion of the pad replacement, I was contacted by the office to inform me that the mechanic could not get the last single lug bolt back in because it was stripped. This was disappointing to hear because the pad replacement job was total $525 ( Yes, to replace pads ). But once hearing that they could not get the last bolt in, they wanted to charge me ($625!!!) to replace the entire hub and bolt. So my $500 pad job was now going to be topped out at over $1000. Knowing that there wasn’t an issue with the hub, but only one bolt, my immediate question was why not just rethread and put in a new bolt. The answer was They’d have to do the new hub because the hole would be bigger etc. I obviously say No to this because it did not make sense. If a mechanic looked and was working to address only the issue, they would have known that the single bolt situation could have been resolved quick and easy. I picked up my suv, took it to Mercedes S/Blvd. They looked at it, told me to come back in half hour/ or wait …. They rethreaded it out lug in tested it for removal/re-entry… worked perfect. Charged me… $16.95 for the new lug bolt.. and said, Have a great day and thanks for coming to us with this easy fix. “Have no idea why your mechanic wanted to change your hub, totally unnecessary, they were probably trying to rip you off because there was No Need to change the hub” that was one day later mind you. Lesson hear, know before to go to a service center like B & R…. What your cars condition before you leave it. I knew mine, even gave them several opportunities to say, let’s see what else we can do. They didn’t . They tried to Rob me of $600. When I arrive to pick up suv from their shop, they had it blocked in, parked behind a pickup truck, as if I would try to take it once I told them to put the wheel on and leave the 5th lug out. Which I did recover from their shop. Sad but informative to say, you’re better off going to a highly reputable company/dealer than these small shops who will try to hold you hostage if you’re not in the know. I knew Mercedes would address this minor issue for maybe $50/60 … with labor , which they didn’t charge me because it took them 20 minutes to do what B & R was going to charge 4hrs of labor to do unnecessary work! Wow. $16.95 vs $635 ….. one lug bolt vs entire Hub…..Really B & R ? The assumption here mad by self and Mercedes was that, although sad, they saw a guy with two Mercedes suvs and figured there was money to be made somehow, when clearly there was No o issue warranting buying a brand new Hub for the car! Beware.

My husband brought our car in on February 21 for maintenance repair and an oil change. When we took the car and there were no lights on there was nothing wrong with the car. He just want to do a routine check up and get an oil change when we got the car back later that day our oil light was on it has remained on since that day, we took the car back in that same day and they said that it was a sensor and that everything was fine with the car. They topped off our oil and told us that we were good to go. The car has still leaking oil. And yesterday after barely 2 1/2 months, we had to take the car to another location at a different repair shop and get an oil change. I took the car this morning and they found where the leak was coming from and now refusing to fix it without charging us because according to them, they did nothing. No lights were on our car until we took the car to this location. We will not be returning and I advise anyone else not to get the car fixed here either.

Our visit about 1.5 weeks ago was a great experience. My son purchased 2 new Nitto tires, got an alignment, and got his wheels balanced. The only issue at this time is one of the tires now has a bulge. The tire will have to be sent back to the manufacturer to determine if it is a defect or user error. Either way the process will take about a week. In the meantime, my son has to buy a new tire to continue driving. If it is deemed defective, the shop will refund him for the new tire. Waiting to hear back from the shop so my son can bring his car in. Stay tuned for updates regarding customer service and how the shop handles this issue!

We have a 1999 low mileage Toyota Camry that was making an odd engine noise, hesitating, stalling, and getting poor gas mileage. B & R Auto’s Angel and Victor were able to diagnose and repair these items that had stumped other garages. They also were able to trouble shoot a flaw in one of the new part’s performance, that was preventing the engine form cooling properly. These two items resulted in an excellent reliable long term repair.

Fantastic, quick, and quality service! More than reasonable pricing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I brought my car here for a tire change with very little notice prior to my arrival. They helped me immediately and I was out in under 20 minutes. Would highly recommend this place!

Had a check engine light. Took it to this shop from a recommendation from another person. Ran the diagnostic and said I needed coils, plugs, and a timing chain. They quoted me $4k plus. Had it towed for a second opinion and was told there is absolutely nothing wrong with this car. Not a fan of dishonesty.

I've taken this review down 3 times now because I hate leaving bad reviews but they deserve it & I'm leaving it up. Front desk receptionist Angel has a serious attitude problem. I'm honestly the most respectful easy-going person and when I literally just asked if I could trust the shop he raised his voice & was completely disrespectful. On top of that, they gave my car back after a $900 brake job with the shock absorber completely detached from the frame. Any mechanic with a trained eye should've easily been able to see the rust problem & inform me before they did the job. Nope. Take his money. & then they REALLY thought I wouldn't notice this thing knocking around when they gave it back without saying anything??? This is why people distrust auto shops!

Never again. Took in for repairs for vibration. Specifically said that's what I wanted fixed. Got a recommendation to fix problem. Was completely something else and addressed the original problem zero! Paid 500.00 for nothing. I have recommended this place for years. Never again.

They took in my car on a tight timeline (I had a flight to catch the very next day and wanted my car in good shape before I left) and replaced the battery in no time. They were genuine and I felt they weren't trying to swindle me or anything. Initially said it was an alternator but after more testing they found it was just the battery, a pleasant surprise. Definitely happy with the quick turnaround on such short notice.
