I have been a customer of Brach’s since about 1995 and I can’t say enough about the service they provide. They are competent without question, honest and friendly. I have since moved away from the neighborhood but value their service to the extent I drive past a litany of other shops to take all of my vehicles to Brachs. I can’t recommend them enough. Update I always recommend Brachs to my friends and family. I tell them you can trust the guys at Brachs, they’re honest, and reasonable, not always something you’ll find in a mechanics shop. I take my vehicles nowhere else. They’re busy all the time which is a sign of a reliable service-based shop. Update of update Again Brach’s has proven their honesty and integrity, advising me to go to the dealer for warranty work when they could have pulled the wool over my eyes. Saved me a ton of money. Thank you, Tom. You have my business now and forever!

I'll tell ya one for sure...I'll never go back to a firestone ever again. Tom was informative, kind, and straightforward. He took the time to explain the fix to my jeep and why it was necessary. He shared before and after pictures and had me back on the road in no time. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY he saved me from a predatory quote I got from a shop down the road. I will most certainly be back for any future car needs I have--thanks Tom!

Honest, thorough, friendly. By bringing my car there I was also given a heads up on what maintenance might be coming up from true experts so that I can prepare my wallet and avoid unnecessary damage to the vehicle. Equally, they were honest about what was unnecessary— ie telling me I didn’t need new spark plugs for another 15k miles. A rare gem!

Brach's is the best!! I read the reviews of Brach's before my first visit many years ago, and I have consistently found them to be true: This is THE best place to bring your car. Tom is fair AND honest. He will not do unnecessary work on your car, and you will be satisfied with the results. He is so knowledgeable about cars and their manufacturers and is able to tell the customer exactly what is needed to be done. I never worry about my car when I bring it to Brach's. It's always in good hands at Brach's. Always.
