We came to Brachs because of the excellent reviews and we weren't disappointed. Tom went above and beyond to not only repair the problem at the fair market price but find out what caused it and fix that also, free of charge! My leather seat was slightly damaged and that was repaired too, free of charge and with a smile. He singlehandedly turned a stressful experience into a smooth worry free one. A gem and gentleman. Thanks Brachs! In the words of the Terminator, "I'll be bahhhk".

Brach's is the best!! I read the reviews of Brach's before my first visit many years ago, and I have consistently found them to be true: This is THE best place to bring your car. Tom is fair AND honest. He will not do unnecessary work on your car, and you will be satisfied with the results. He is so knowledgeable about cars and their manufacturers and is able to tell the customer exactly what is needed to be done. I never worry about my car when I bring it to Brach's. It's always in good hands at Brach's. Always.

I have been going to Brach for some time now. They have taken very good care of my Jeep and kept it in top condition. I had been going to Berman which was a total mistake and waste of money but Brach fixed some major problems that should have been fixed from Berman but was not. Tom and the crew saw the problem(s) right away, showed them to me, fixed them, and constantly monitor my jeep care and my jeep is working perfectly as new. These guys know their work and they are reasonable and honest about telling you the truth about your vehicle. Thank you guys for all that you do so professionally.

I’ve found my spot! Finally a reasonably price and honest auto center! I’ve taken my vehicle here twice thus far and satisfied with the work and honesty. I have a couple more things to get done and I will be back.

I have been a customer of Brach’s since about 1995 and I can’t say enough about the service they provide. They are competent without question, honest and friendly. I have since moved away from the neighborhood but value their service to the extent I drive past a litany of other shops to take all of my vehicles to Brachs. I can’t recommend them enough. Update I always recommend Brachs to my friends and family. I tell them you can trust the guys at Brachs, they’re honest, and reasonable, not always something you’ll find in a mechanics shop. I take my vehicles nowhere else. They’re busy all the time which is a sign of a reliable service-based shop.

It was refreshing to feel comfortable in an auto shop.The reason is because of Tom explaining exactly what needed to be done from beginning to end.He is very pleasant and well educated on his business.Also,kudos to the mechanics.lt was late and they all still managed a smile and a hello,Thanks for the great service.

Responded quickly when I had an emergency. I am an advanced senior and a huge piece of concrete punctured my tire causing it to immediately go flat. Their lot was full of cars but they said they could help me. Not only did they get me a new tire and fix my car that day, they drove me home and returned to bring me back to pick up my fixed car before closing that day. Extraodenary customer service. Thank you Brach's Auto Service.
