I had a flat tire and one of my lug nuts was completely stripped and I gave a call to Brad's ! After I thought I was completely out of options these guys was able to help !! Thank you so much !

I took my Mom's car in for an inspection this week. They got me in quickly and were very courteous while I waited. Her car needs new tires so they will get some additional business from us soon.

I’ve been going to Brads for about 23 years now and have never been disappointed. They are incredibly honest and have even been more than accommodating when I have called with any questions. Very highly recommend them!

Love this shop! Been using them since I moved here and have never had any issues. Not to mention they’re prices aren’t to bad either when looking at other shops. They’ve always been upfront and honest. Will definitely continue using them.

Brad's Auto went out of their way to help me out. It was a simple thing really; just needed the codes cleared after replacing my ECM. My friend recommended them because they take they're vehicles to Brad's Auto and no one else because they're honest and straight up, no BS. They could have turned me away like many other shops have done but instead they helped me out. I would recommend them to anyone needing quality work done.

LIFESAVER!!! I went to Brad to get a 2nd opinion after Gladstone Dodge had my Charger for 11 days and told me I needed a new engine (quoted $12,000). Brad got me in the next morning. He diagnosed and fixed my vehicle for under $500 that same day (it was a physically broken solenoid). Brad is my new best friend, and anyone I hear in the KC area who needs vehicle repairs will be sent Brad's way! I LOVE BRAD AND HIS BIG SMART MECHANIC'S BRAIN!!!! Big thanks to Brad and his staff!!!

Totally got taken advantage of.... yes it got fixed. However i saw what paid for parts and completed in an hour... yes but no good reason it should of been 804.00. Will not be back

I have used brads auto for 3 years in both our family’s vehicles. I attend MBTS down the road and found out a lot of faculty and staff use this auto group as well. Brad’s auto service has been honest with me and they will be with you to. They have kindly talked with me about what work is being done, and how much each step cost. I had an issue with my truck recently (today actually) and had to get a wrecker to take my vehicle to brads auto to get a flat fixed, they fixed it for free. They have treated me very good every time I’ve gone. If your looking for a good mechanic, Brad’s auto is the place to go.
