Brought car in for new tire sensor spent almost 3 hours for something that should have taken 15 minutes. They couldn't admit they didn't know what they were doing. Oh and it was the wrong tire they put the sensor on.

Customer Service is Off the chain I love that you can ask how much a particular service costs and get an Honest answer in other words Not a bloated Price whereas after the works done the price magically increases THAT Didn't HAPPEN for me Thank the Lord, This's a good company who does quality work don't take my word for it Go in and see it for yourself if it worked for me 1st time customer it Can work for you

Took care in for a brake problem , picked it up after spending over 600 dollars.Drove car for one week brakes are burning up,thank it back they say it's the caliper.I expressed that it probably was brake lines . They charge me another 300 dollars for a brake caliper.Pick car up drive for 5 days and truck is now going into limp mode because of brakes locking up.Took it back again now they say it's the brake line like I told them the first time ,now they charge me another 277 dollars. Most expensive brake jodw I have ever had 1157 dollars .

An alignment service was rejected because of a worn control arm. Fair but was also told my inner tie rod was loose. It was later confirmed that it was torqued to manufacturers specification. What was actually loose was the outer tie rod end nut. This was done to make the alignment service more convenient for the shop. I can't complain about the customer service.

They did an excellent job. My car was overheating. I needed a new radiator. They fixed it same day in a short time frame.I will be coming for all my service now, instead of driving to the Acura dealer.

Great Service! The manager was very considerate although it was late in the day, cold and rainy when my tire warning signal came on my car. I pulled up to Brads. It was closing time, but the gentleman still check my tires and put air in one of them. Two weeks later, I got all four new tires on my Range Rover after checking other places for the same tires I needed……Brads was less, the service was great. I’ve since had brakes put on another car, and I’ve been recommending Brad to my friends!

I was there today, April 24, 2024. Had a nail in my tire. Patched for $30 and done in 20 minutes. Great experience!

Can't stand a place you can't trust. All I needed was a flat tire fixed. I was quoted a ridiculous amount for a used tire that wasn't the size I needed. I left and took my business elsewhere and paid less than 1/2 of what they asked for. Buyers beware.

Not very professional. Bought four tires about 3 years ago. Had a slow leak in one tire. Two hours before closing and couldn’t check out the tire two days in a row. Sent me away. I won’t be back.

Poor customer service, if you arent the first one there the work probably wont get done. Never called me to tell me work wouldn't be done. Had to call for an update 5hrs after dropping off the car and was then told they couldnt help me. By that time all other shops were closing. Go anywhere else.

You’re better off asking a homeless person to fix your car 🙄🙄 at least they’ll be honest and say they’re not gonna fix it rather than have you waiting for over 2 hours to hear nothing back. Go ANYWHERE else, it’ll save you precious time.
