James and his team at the oak hill/dripping springs location exceeded my expectations. very friendly, responsive, in budget, quality work, and on time. It’s my first time using them and the other reviews rang true. They are 4.9 for a reason. I say 5 stars and would recommend. I also like the lifetime warranty and they had a transparent process with their text updates and photos of the inspections. Thanks so much y’all!

The customer service was outstanding from all the employees there. They took care of my Escalade and I will be a repeat customer for sure. Their prices are very reasonable. Thanks again for making the repairs done so smooth and easy.

Amazing service. We came in last minute at 515, and they changed out both front rotors and rear pads in 45 min. I am rarely impressed nowadays by individuals work ethic, and I was mind blown at the efficiency and thoroughness of this team. If you need brakes in this area, your choice is clear in my opinion. THANK YOU!!!

The level of care and attention to detail that James and his team has at this location is second to none. This has been the easiest and most straightforward visit to a shop I have ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend you go anywhere else if you need the services Brake Check provides. James is super personable, friendly and tells you how it is. I would recommend my friends and family to this specific location any day of the year hands down!

Not a positive experience. Apparently the alignment machine didn’t have the correct settings for my vehicle and in turn it’s still not aligned. Waste of time and money.

These folks here were super helpful. I drive a lot for work, and recently my tires have been taking a beating. They were the only ones that had my tire size and could get me in and out ASAP. Service was quick, pricing transparent, and overall a good experience. I’ll be back for more services

8/3/24 I received a free oil change after Aiden fail to do a brake check, what I came in for. After 3 hours he said he stripped the oil plug and had to run and get a new one. I got home and the next day oil everywhere. Goodluck.

I had a flat tire. Brake Check repaired the tire, and replace and stowed the spare all for a very fair price. Great job.

This location is the best Brake Check, by far! The staff and customer service here is unmatched and the service is always top-notch. I was in and out with an oil change and two tire replacements in under an hour and a half. This might be rare, but I’m not questioning it! I’ve been here before and had a really weird lug nut issue and had to fix my breaks. They were so helpful as to help me find everything I needed online and even offered to order straight to the shop and finish everything same day .These guys are always honest, trustworthy, and willing to get you the best deals possible when they have them available. I will never go anywhere else, if I can help it. Thank you so much 444 <3

Well done but Going cash free is welcoming Communist control because Government can stop your bank card processing if you annoy them or any of us customers. Bank cards have fees to pay for by us customers. It stops cash theft but feeds Communist ideas.....be wise. US Navy Veteran Corey Davis

Love these guys. Fast responsive and efficient. Neighbors had their fence replaced so they chucked all the old nails in the street. One managed to find its way into our tire. We discovered quick, used one of those electric air pumps and drove it over to get a plug in the hole. Easy. Good for another 20k miles. So grateful to Brake Check and Tire. Today my other car needed looking at. I was getting a very bad vibration. Terns out two of my tires had air bubbles in them. So i had all four tires replaced and an alignment for a great price and 6 year warranty.
