Excellent prompt service. Clearly explained the state of my breaks. No high pressure. In fact, I did not even need the pads replaced, but when it is time for the work to be done I will return to Break Check.

The Mechanic assure me that the job that will be performed on my vehicle will fix my problem when the job was completed. It did not fix my problem with the ABS light.. I would have felt better if he said he did not know if it’s gonna fix it or not. I felt like my money was taken on something that did not fix the problem

This place is a no brainer if you need brake work, they’re experienced, well equipped and bargain priced. Unlike most chain mechanic shops who employ parking lot boys, these guys are on top of their craft. I was impressed with Jamon, who had front new pads installed on my car and in the process threw in a free diagnostic of an issue I had with a rear caliper motor.

I went in because i had been told brake fluid was low and dirty looking. Cameron told me under those circumstances it world be best to check entire brake system for problems. He found front brakes needed extensive work and showed me where the wear was and what it meant. I had the guys do complete work on front brakes. Im glad i got this done as it was very past due. I was treated very well and always felt that Cameron is very trustworthy; I appreciated that he educated me in the process of evaluating my car.

Top notch experience at the 183/Oak knoll location. Collin came out immediately and professionally. He gave us an accurate quote, he gave us a very exact turn around time and we were very happy with both! Ask for Collin if you go here, you won’t be disappointed. That man deserves a raise! You aren’t paying enough. He came out with a smile on a Sunday. A Sunday! Who smiles at work for their customers on a Sunday?!?! My wife and I knew we had to bite the bullet and get the brakes done and an oil change. We were thinking at least $500. $325 folks! That was brakes and an oil change with full synthetic oil! On a 5.6L SUV! Jiffy-Lube-Your-Wallet will never see me again for an oil change. Going to Brake Check from now on.

Cameron was actually a god send in getting my car fixed up. Came in for a simple oil change and ended up having to have my whole back break system replaced because I had it ground down to practically nothing. Which was not the best, but I am super grateful that he caught it and pointed it out to me. He tried his absolute best to help me in anyway possible and was extremely understanding when I was trying to figure out my payment option. He even stayed late past closing to make sure that my car was road safe. Could not recommend him and this location enough!

I came to brake check for and alignment and wheel balance. Wheel balance went great but the alignmenthad to be redone. No problem got me on the rack...problem solved no issues.

These guys are the real deal! I barely made it to the shop (one of my brake pads had fallen out on the way there). They fixed it up and got me safe to drive again same day. Their financing partner was also a saving grace, because I didn't have the funds on hand for the repairs needed. My new go to shop! Thank you, fine gentlemen at Brake Check!!
