Have been Customer from 2018 with 3 cars.Almost once a month because I drive a lot .Use the car for ride share.But with the big white guy the customer service is bad.I became a customer for the first time because of the most friendly guy.Very good customer service.Buy when the big white guy is there totally opposite.

Worst experience ever. This guy didn't do an alignment but charged me the $75 service fee listed online. He said he'd take care of it if I came back, but when I returned, they did nothing except ask for more money. Now he wants $120! Save yourself the trouble and don't go there.

I came in 45 minutes before closing for an oil change. 15 minutes later my oil had been changed and tires rotated. Fantastic service as always.

These guys kick ass. They had a lot to do to my F150. I got there after 12 and told him I needed to be out of there by 3 And Russell the manager Said he could make it happen and he damn sure did. 30 minutes before. I can't say enough good things about these guys.they stay busy and turn out Quality work. Thanks guys

Quick and easy. I just got new brakes and rotors here, as well as an alignment. These guys were great to work with. Showed me what was going on with my brakes before they did any work, didn't upsell or try to get me to do more than was necessary. They let me know how much life was left on the brakes I wasn't replacing. And they helped me troubleshoot possible reasons I was getting uneven wear on my rear tires that the slight alignment adjustment didn't account for (it's because we've been towing a trailer a lot lately), and suggested a local shop that deals with hitches and suspensions to help out with that issue. Thanks guys!

Unfortunately, it wasn’t made clear that Brake Check doesn’t take credit card payments over the phone. My daughter goes to school in Austin and I live elsewhere. I spoke to the representative there about my daughter bringing her car to the shop for brake repair and an oil change and the rep was excited about the opportunity to repair the vehicle. The following day, I call to make payment after the work had been done and the rep told me that they don’t take payment over the phone unless I was affiliated with a company. I reminded him that I don’t live there and my daughter had dropped her car off and he said that he would reach out to, “ The Big Man,” to see if he would take payment. Meanwhile, my daughter is at the shop to pick up her car. He calls me back and said, “Big Man said No.” I asked were there any alternatives. He stated that there were none. He could drain the oil from the vehicle and put the old brakes back on. I said that I could get Triple A to pick up the vehicle and tow it to a place that could take payment over the phone. He said ok. I ultimately sent my daughter money on her card to pay the bill, but wanted to give Brake Check a big thank you for being so accommodating. Let them explain that they won’t take payment over the phone in a college town full of students who choose local colleges to further their education and are not from Austin!

very fast and friendly service, came in for a much needed alignment and left with that and a muuuch needed brake flush. 10/10 communication, experience, and price! will be back for future oil, tire, brake needs.
