I saw an ad on instagram for $20 off my first oil change plus additional savings for my next 6 changes so I scheduled. The gentleman that checked me in was very kind and they changed my oil within 15 minutes! I was extremely pleased with the service they provided.

I went there for an alignment after new wheels installation. The front desk or the manager is super nice. He asked for details about my visit. Very quick work with high quality. The price is great too!

Absolute disgrace of a business and rude and incompetent employees. How do you do a brake job and lose the reservoir cap? And then do nothing about it, except be rude and refuse to make your mistake right.

Alignment performed 7/5/24, only 3,100 miles driven since and we were told the issue was a bad tire. Went to Discount Tire for certificate replacement, front left tire is down to the metal; there is no post-alignment scan showing results. Local College Station store told us the tire was defective, we all know this isn't true. Hoping you'll do right by the customer and make this right... no answer at shop or 210 number but left a voicemail to talk with someone to understand better.

Such a phenomenal group of hard working people. They were able to squeeze me in during a holiday rush and serviced my vehicle in a short time. Took my wife’s car in to get her front brake pads replaced and they lost her brake fluid reservoir cap. We came into the shop with the cap and ended up leaving without one. We were told there was no cap to be found and it was our responsibility to replace the cap that they had lost. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will not be returning and recommend no one goes to Brake Check.

They lie about pricing, add tons of extras, explain things in non direct ways, and completely take advantage of women. They also said the diagnosis would take 30 minutes, and it’s been an hour and a half. And I had an apt. So disappointed I waisted my time here. Also, not sure why my sunroof was open and my car was in sports mode.
