It was my second time at this location. I was not in and out . The shop was overbooked and it took a few hours. My appointment was at 4 but didn’t leave until almost 6 pm otherwise, service was okay.

After a week of getting an oil change I just discovered that the cap wasn't on. Oil all over the engine and parking lot. Very disappointing!

Came to find out what was wrong with my tire. Manager had an attitude saying they don't fix flats. I'm yes you do. We'll they found what caused the issue after realizing I bought the tire through breathe check. Got a faulty plug and still had a flat in Houston.

Set an appointment for my bf to take my car for the free brake check AND $20 off oil change and I also wanted my rotors checked but all the guy did was argue w him and refused to actually do work… also left w NO oil change he wasted our time and did literally NOTHING
