Friendly, stellar service. Once again, they did a fantastic job on my vehicle. I've been coming here for years and I've never been disappointed. My only complaint is that they do not accept cash as a form of payment. While I understand that this is a corporate decision imposed on this local shop, still, this isn't okay. *In fact, it is illegal to refuse to accept cash payments. (See attached photo.) If you are not aware of this law, I encourage you to read what the government prints on our money. While I hate to 'ding' this great store with a low rating, we need to push-back on illegal corporate policies such as this one.

I knew my brakes were shot & I wasn't expecting them to be able to do the work right away. I was just getting an inspection, but they fit me in & stayed late to be sure I had my new brake pads & service the same day.

Went in for an alignment last Friday, and all went well. Purchased the 3 year option( heck of a deal). The guys got it in quick, and the vehicle work was completed without complications. Over the weekend I had some planned front end maintenance. Brought it back in on Monday for a re-check of the alignment. The guys fixed it up, and I was on the road again quickly.

Excellent customer service from Eric in a timely manner! He resolved a concern & issue with my SUV's rear tire with just an alignment for which I have a lifetime contract with Brakecheck. I will be taking my SUV to Brakecheck for future oil changes due to their automobile care & also dollar savings. Thank you Eric for saving me money! It is much appreciated. I called Brake Check yesterday after getting an oil change at the dealership and then letting me know that I needed my brakes replaced. The dealership was gonna charge me $1100 to do front and rear brakes and a brake flush. Brake Check was able to get me in same day and I was able to get those same services done for $600 less The dealership. Patrick was really nice. They even changed my filters out and made sure we were taken care of. If I need to have work done on my car in the future, I will definitely be going back to see Patrick and the team there at Brake Check.

I called Brake Check yesterday at 4:00 pm to get an estimate on front and back brake pads and rotors. The gentleman was very nice. He recommended me to bring my car in that same day I got there at 4:22pm. I made an appointment for today this morning. I'm very happy my brakes are great. Customer service was excellent. I will tell my family and friends about Brake Check. Thank you.

I usually go to a location off 410 and have had good experiences there, I was near this one so I decided to come here for my oil change. I heard knocking on the drive back so I checked my oil levels just incase and they did not refill my cars oil.

Initially I had done my brakes one month ago and kept screeching ever since then which was not normal and job was not done correctly. Eric and braysvew took care of my problem and fixed correctly and brakes are working correct. Thank you guys.

Went on with a small brake shake, they diagnosed front rotor with heat warping, had rotors resurfaced and new pads installed, and were very reasonable on the cost.

I've been going to this place since I moved to San Antonio since 2007. All three of vehicles are serviced there. 12 years and I've never had a major issue with them. They are very honest and show exactly what the issue with the vehicle is. Their customer service is terrific and the majority of the issues that I have with my vehicles I will always take them this is Brake Check. All the staff members and management are professional and are always willing to satisfy my needs.

True Lifesavers. Needed my wheel bearing hub replaced on my car, called them up at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. Luckily the part was available, and I was able to get my car fixed in two hours. Awesome service, great communication, and will definitely return to them for anything else. Being a business owner myself, I live on reviews for my company, when someone does a great job like this the story needs to be told. Thank you
