Made an appointment, online, for an alignment…several days in advance. Received text messages and emails confirming the appointment up to and including the day of the appointment. So, I drive to my appointment and pull up to a bay. A technician approaches my car (didn’t get name), I told him that my appointment was for an alignment. His response was, “we can’t do an alignment today”. I responded, “why not, I’ve been getting texts and emails confirming my appointment.” His unapologetic response was, “our machine is down”, then he starts walking away. He didn’t offer to reschedule or any indication of when it will be fixed. I will not return to this location and will not use any Brake Check location for anything in the future. This entire experience left me feeling annoyed and frustrated. Someone couldn’t check the bookings and CALL me to tell me this? The employee/technician that I had the displeasure of interacting with was a disappointment.

Courteous,dependable and no surprise service,my third time and I received the same excellent service each time, I thought that after the first oil change each oil change after will be discounted but I found out that only the second oil change is 50% off then full charge after that

I am impressed by the quality of the work done on the repair of my vehicle at this dealership. They did an outstanding job. Made me aware of other underlying issues. Anyway I’ll be seeing you guys soon for my rotor change.

Great service at this Brake Check! All the guys were super cool and easy to work with. My wife’s brakes went out and we had a 5 hour drive home. They got her car in and repaired within a few hours at a fair price. Kept us updated through the whole process and didn’t try to squeeze more money out of us like other places will do. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Daniel and Ignacio. I had my free inspection on a Tuesday afternoon and the needed parts were not going to be delivered until the following day. I was able to take my car home that evening and returned the next day for the work to be completed. They stayed in touch to let me know when the parts arrived so that I could coordinate with my work schedule. Then they completed the work quickly and professionally. I appreciate your patience with my scheduling needs and many questions. Your honesty and transparency were appreciated!

Absolutely great and professional staff. While conducting my oil change and alignment, the staff was able to locate an issue that could have jeopardized my family. Unbeknownst to them I had a family trip planned, and the issue they caught could've been potentially catastrophic. DAN IS AWESOME!!!!.... I pulled in explain to him the issues I was having and he told me not to worry.... work was done in a timely manner...DAN is very professional and and friendly... Dan has done an incredible job at keeping and raising the level of service since he took over... i have 5 vehicle and they all get service here with Dan and his great team....thanks for great experience...

Daniel and Ignacio were terrific. Daniel was pleasant to speak to over the phone when I called to inquire about availability and what I needed. He also met me outside as I was driving in and had a spot reserved for me. Ignacio thoroughly walked me thru the process and educated me on the brake system. Got the work done within the day. Keep up the great customer service gentlemen!

I liked the service. It was quick and straightforward, without any fuss. But don't expect them to do a general check-up on your car, you should already know the problem your car has. Their specialties are brakes, oil changes, alignment, and wheel and tire services, among other things. The prices for the services are fair and the progressive loyalty discount plan for oil changes is very advantageous.

In the world of a blue-collar worker time is money. As a mechanic sometimes it’s worth taking Your vehicle in to a shop due time and money . This place has no issue wasting your time. I’ve taken two vehicles in there, both they said they could work on when I prearrange appointments. The first one they completely misdiagnosed my issues. Second time they told me they could perform work then when I showed up, they said they could not do but try to upsell me on other work. Save your money go to the San Pedro location get ripped off at this location. Also, back parking lot was full of bullet, casings, and nowhere to park due to employees taking majority of the parking spot

They were horrible. We received an estimate from Jesse of $200-$300 and 2-3 hours for the service. We dropped the car off at 0830 and didn’t get it back until 5:15pm and the bill was $700. They never called us to update us on anything and they were unapologetic. I would give zero stars if I could.
