If you go to this location-make sure you go to a different shop to see if they did the work correctly. First time they replaced both rotors and brakes with the wrong parts. When we took it back-they forgot to attach a spring. Went back and then they replaced the rotors. They are in a hurry to collect your money but don’t do the work right. Brake check in Corpus Christi wasn’t bad like this San Antonio location. Avoid altogether. Lesson learned. And hopefully we don’t have anymore issues.

Ive been to multiple brake check locations and this location has the best staff. Always polite, quick and efficient, always doing good work. Getting oil changes, tire rotation and realignment done on my vehicle has always been great at brake check… this location specifically. I Will definitely be returning to this location in the future for future repairs

I took my truck get work done , I told them in the beginning was having little trouble with reverse, they said no problem, so they worked on it, they said I need to bring truck back when I replace, so I did them a guy name Jr Denied services after they told me I could bring it in knowing I spoke to them bout the reverse, , That was niot right at all , The manager or whoever JR has attitude period , Brake on 1604 and w. Military , I will not take my company truck there

Stopped in today for an oil change and i was in out so quickly! George came right out and went over each step! They even filled up my tires and turned off the tire pressure light.

Add the my car and twice to get the alignment done and redone. There reliable and do very good work. They also have very good warranty on the vehicles they service. Recommend them big time.

Failed to impress on first visit. Got oil change but no tire pressure check nor visual brake inspection, even after asking for it AND is supposed to be included w/service. The crew had no spring in their step. Just schlepping around. They lost future brake jobs on my 3 cars. I have no patience for unprofessionals.

I was so happy with the service I received last time so when my breaks started to make noise I brought it back without a thought. First I was told it was the front breaks and the rotors. They asked us to return to have the rotors replaced so we did. On the way home the 2nd time the car sounded horrible. We took it back then they found an issue with the drum and said they would fix it for free…Driving the car home the 3rd time it kept pulling to the left. I didn’t feel safe driving the car. I took it back was told it’s the steering rods. I only let them do the repair because I was assured it would fix the issue. Well 1200 later my car is still pulling to the left. They said it’s a recall on my steering to take it to the dealership. Well there is no recall on the steering for my car. I’m paying 188.00 now for it to just be diagnosed. We will see how much the repair will cost. Please understand my car was never doing this at all. I have never taken my car for a repair somewhere and came back with a new issue. I can only say this place is a hit and miss with its repairs people. Good luck and make sure you have extra money and time to spend if you go here. So disappointing

Brake Check is not like it use to be, good reliable quality parts, customer service, good mechanical techs. Now all it is, is poor quality parts, poor installation of parts and bad customer service. When is this going to change, it starts at the top so hold on to your pants and enjoy the roller-coaster ride, someone needs to be held accountable for this poor workmanship.

James lined my car up perfectly and treated me with respect and maintained the highest levels of professionalism throughout my interactions with him. Definitely deserves a raise! Any future alignments I’ll likely return here just to have him take care of them. $70 and I was out in less than an hour once work was started. 👍

These boys are always ready to take care of me. I’ve been going to them for well over a year now and they’re efficient and kind. They educate me on everything even when i’m being ridiculous, Jesse is beyond patient and always looking out for me financially. Couldn’t thank them enough!

I was happily surprised with the service and efficiency of the staff. Didn't have an appointment but was greeted immediately and asked to wait a minute. The service was done promptly after that, I asked for extra services and was shown the need of changing air and engine filters. Everything while waiting in the reception.The only thing I needed an appointment for was the tire rotation. I forgot to make appointment for that but I will call back! Contact less payment didn't work but I paid in the lobby. Awesome, timeless experience, not the first time, will definitely recommend it to everyone I know!👍🏻
