The staff was very helpful in identifying my needs, to include important advice about required maintenance. I believe the waiting area can be improved. No water or coffee available even for those who had to wait 3+ hours. Overall great service!

I went to for an oil change to then find out my oil pan had a crack in it. Gabriel took the the time to explain the process on the work that needed to be done. Gabriel also brought up some work that needed to be done in the near future and explained it very well. Long story short, good and honest work is hard to come by but Gabriel did his part in what us customers are looking for. Job well done to Gabriel and the techs.

Save yourself the terrible service! Stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come in to the counter....young guy finally walks in walks passed me and sits at the computer....never even acknowledges that I'm standing there...no I'm helping someone I'll be with you a minute nothing.....guess I was a ghost🙄

Upon my initial contact and after the inspection of my breaks and rotors I was explained what was needed for my vehicle, to which I agreed. Then, after the work started, I was told about some additional charges and parts that were going to be added. I objected strongly and told them I felt like I was being "nickel and dimed." I advised them to only do the work I had agreed upon. Then the "mansplaining" began. I have a pretty decent knowledge base on automobiles and vehicle mechanics so, I knew what was needed and agreed upon. Sad experience.
