My wife took our 2010 f150 for brakes pads replacement, I was told we need rotors as well, normally we paid $350 out the door before we came to Tucson and this brake master tech told us it’s going to be $1650😳🫢 and threatened my wife to call 911 if she lives without repair so she put me on phone and I told them the truth, so crooked. It turned out it’s very expensive in Tucson to fix a car but I spent less than $700.

Sharing my Brake Masters (Valencia Rd.) experience. I am a bit confused. Jose and Gustavo have been very friendly and informative on what needs to be repaired on a vehicle once the tech(s) have done a diagnostic check/review. My truck was towed there twelve days ago, I thought it was the fuel pump (third) but was informed it was the ignition cylinder/alarm system problem, then six days ago it was the computer (ECM) because key chip is not communicating. Three days ago, my truck was ready, it started! When I picked it up and left my A/C air was hot. Once at home, I opened the hood, fuse box was not closed, AC caps were off (the cap by the antifreeze reservoir and two caps were left on fender near the AC compressor area). I do not know why they did not tell me and let me leave the premises. I know they have a lot of vehicles that are being worked on and are very busy. I took it back because they were going to fill with freon, the hoses were connected but when Tech was back to my truck, I asked him what the problem was, and he said I had a hose leak, its compressed hoses - located in the middle/top of engine and & it will cost me $450+ and will take two hours to repair? I left & will be back. My A/C was working before truck died. They said they did not touch the A/C or any parts on the matter but there is a mystery of why the AC caps were off and A/C is blowing hot air…. After my drs. appt, I took my truck in today and again was informed they did not touch my A/C and to bring it back tomorrow to speak with Gustavo who has helped me and knows the situation of my truck. I just hope my truck is repaired soon & company considers some sort of discount.

Took my car in to have the brakes looked at. They told me that the brakes had been put in backwards and that it was going to cost $600 for the brakes to be done and then another $1200 because the calipers would have to be replaced. $1800 total. I also asked for a written estimate to send to the dealership I just recently purchased the car from and of course they couldn't do that unless I paid $140 for a diagnostic test. Sent the pictures to the dealership I purchased the car from and wasn't very nice to them based on the info brake masters had given me (which ended up being BS). Took it to two other places and was told the brakes WERE put in correctly. Ended up taking my car to the Honda dealership and paying $218 to have the rear brakes done because that was all that needed to be done. Brake Masters are a shady, lying company that is preying on people. Glad I got 2 other opinions before I just let them screw me out of $1800.

This is an update: after waiting 1 hour past our appointment time, my husband asked what was going on. He was answered very rudely with no explanation. I took our keys off their counter, ripped up the work order and we drove back to Green Valley. The Brake Masters in GV got it done. I'm not sure why we made an appointment. We've been waiting 30 minutes. If we didn't have an appointment I would not care. I know their workmanship is good or I wouldn't wait.

Had to get front brakes. Prices have gone way up. Front brakes $152.00 . The part that bummed me out is $ 80.00 to wash the rear pads. I've done brakes at brake master for 35 years I will be checking other places out that charge piss me off. Not only that they still have the sign on the building saying $ 89.00 brakes for me that is false advertising. Take the sign down or change as it is advertising ..

Honestly Brake Masters here on West Valencia in Tucson Arizona is the best place I have ever taken my car to for any type of service as far as honesty and price and respect goes. In-N-Out quick, along with prices that just blew my mind, and service that was just as good as any and everybody else IV tried. Highly recommend this place you guys for True quality service without walking out with a bitter taste in your mouth or feeling like you got ripped off or lied to. This place rocks.Well done and thanks.

I understand that everyones experience with auto repair shops is different, especially with costly repairs. A 5 star is rare, but this shop pulled it off this time. My Toyota Sequoia needed an alignment since I brushed a parking cement pole! I was leery to take it in, thinking the damage might be more than a normal realignment. The manager gave me a price, and cautioned me that it might change after the inspection. In less than an hour, I was on my way home with a straight steering wheel and completely satisfied with the work, customer service, and price. The lobby and restrooms were clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I will return someday and recommend this location.

I recently traveled from Idaho and needed my brakes and shocks done. I looked up Brake Masters on Valencia and saw that they were able to get me in within an hour. Gustavo greeted me at the desk and got me checked in right away. They had to order shocks for my truck but were still able to get it done same day. They even gave me a ride home so I wasn’t stuck at the shop. My truck rides like a dream now. Couldn’t be happier with my experience there.

They always do a great job. I feel very confident in there work and trust them to work on any of my vehicles. As a woman who loves working on cars, I trust them. There are places within walking distance to grab something to eat while your waiting.

Between Gus and Antonio I don’t know who to thank more, my 1997 Lexus ES300 has had 3-4 alignments in the last 3 years with all the new suspension parts, from Jack Furrier on Valencia to Big’0 tire on 6th and TCR2 nobody has done the alignment like this shop. I’ll never go anywhere else for anything. My car is slightly lowered and on cheap coils. But they got it to drive straight as an arrow!! When everyone else made excuses.

I don't know about the other locations but this store will not see another dime of my money I had my brakes done all the way around new rotors,disks pads lifetime brakes cost me plenty and I've had nothing but trouble with my brakes since not to mention the " brand new" rotors are covered in rust and they told me that's the way they come out of the box which know is bull I've done enough of my own work to know better....¥. UPDATE on REVIEW...... TOOK MY CAR TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION ..... And the employees there looked at my brakes and said that the pads were already cracking and my rotors may need to be turned so they replaced the pads and I have had no trouble since They informed me that possibly the brake components may have been on the shelf to long or possibly were just defective parts

My brakes were pretty bad so I took my car in for an inspection. The guys there are very kind, understanding, and patient. They also pointed out some other issues inwas unaware of. I really appreciate them being able to get me in and work on my car. Pricing was very reasonable and I highly recommend this location.

Service was great. But when I picked up my truck, I wanted to ask questions about the repairs. The guy up front attention was to a girl that just asks questions. Ignoring me. I spent 1500 and I get ignored. Maybe I should go spend my money elsewhere. Was not pleased. Thanks

We take our cars here. No problems so far. Quick and close to work, so it is easy to pick up the car when finished.
