I was there for a quote and all the technicians were busy. That being said I got a comprehensive quote within 15 minutes . The quote was middle price of the three companies I went to and the manager made sure to stress to me that this was the worst possible scenario.

These guys were professional, explained things throughly, & didn’t mind spending a few minutes answering questions I had before I made my final decision to use their services. They gave me an estimate of how long it would take to complete the work ( 1- 1/2 hrs ) and then had it completed in 45 minutes. I will definitely be coming back and using for other items my car may need in the future.

I came to get my break pads replaced, I went to a previous place that was going to charge me almost 300 dollars to replace. Vince the manager showed me that the breaks look great and that he doesn’t think I need pads left happy and reassured that my car was looking great and up to date. Great positive people .

I've been to different Brake Masters in the Albuquerque area and Brake Master's #110 is the one I am dedicated to! It is not the nearest to my home, but is definitely worth going here for pretty much all my car maintenance. Don't be fooled by the name, "Brake Masters" they work on much more than brakes. My service was incredible. Lol. The guys were fun and we did a lot of jokong. As a widow, they helped me understabd what they were doing to repair my brakes. Every step of the process was explained. I cannot recommend highly enough how honest, kind, knowlegeable and even fun this business was to me.

Vince was awesome! I got my oil changed and about a day or so later the gasket failed and my car started to leak oil. Took my car back and Vince took care of the issue. I will be coming back for future car services. Thank you Vince!

Made an appointment for brakes after an oil change place said I needed new ones. They got my car in early, did an inspection, and told me I was misinformed. They could have taken my money for unnecessary work, but they didn't. That rates high in my book.

Happened on Brakemasters by chance and convenience of their location. From manager Vince's friendly and professional greeting, to the service I needed, it was done as expected, expediently and without pressured upselling. (I JUST need my oil changed.) They got it, they did it and topped the fluids. Oh yes, this is my oil change spot. See you next time Vince. (Put a ring on it!. 😉)

I went to get my brakes changed as they were squeaking, only to receive the good news that they don't need replacing yet, they're just dusty. It's pleasant to find an honest mechanic these days.

Let me start by saying This is the BEST MECHANIC left in this world! Honest manager named VINCE BIANCARDI is what makes this place so great. I have my own personal experiences with my Cadillac , but I have also sat in this Brake Masters hearing testimony of other customers experiences. Vince is a really good, honest , mechanic, and I would like to say , “ Thanks Vince”, you make this world a better place. Other Brake Masters, and other mechanics don’t seem to care about the person driving the vehicle one bit, Vince some how remembers we exist, and are only trying to live problem free, and it’s a nice thing to experience when the world has not many people left with empathy.

Once again Vince B and his team come through with a master cylinder replacement and allowed us use the brake flush coupon. Vince and his team were honest and provided a no pressure service. We will always take our vehicles to this location. Vince and his team should be recognized by the corporate offices. Keep up the great service!

I took my car here to have it checked before I left for college. I had been having issues with the brakes and my car shaking when braking. When I took in my car I made them aware of the issues and they said they would take care of it. We payed over $300 in repairs thinking the issue would be solved, but when I went to leave for college the next day my car was still doing the same thing. I brought my car back when I got home from school and addressed the issues as nothing had changed and the issues had actually gotten worse. The guy had quoted us $400 tops on the phone for repairs that should’ve already been fixed the first time. After dropping off the car we were called and given an estimate of $800 to fix the car, and that the tires had also needed to be replaced. We picked up the car and took it to another big corporation in town and found that the tires indeed did not need to be changed and all our repairs only ended up costing $300. After getting home and reading reviews, I can tell the gimmick of this place, I encourage nobody to take your car here because the company put me at risk by not fixing the brake issue in the first place.
