I’m always greeted with a friendly hello. There isn’t anything they aren’t willing to help with in a very timely manner. The service is quick and reliable. I feel respected and I know I can trust them. Without a doubt I will return and I will continue to send others.

Best garage in Albuquerque. I was recommended to other places and only the sister garage to Brake Masters was the only place I was treated fairly. Brake Masters has taken care of me, repeatedly stand by their work and 100% of what they say they will do they do. I could not be happier with any garage in the city of Albuquerque and I’ve been to most The entire staff at Brake Masters is sincere, patient courteous and respectful and that’s just in addition to the outstanding work they do. I will no longer be going to any other garage for future endeavors, and I continue to repeatedly go back to this place because they stand by their work and because they’re upfront with the situation. As a boys, an old Boy Scout as well as a registered minister I hope my words carry some weight.

Break Masters was recommended by a family member and I was not disappointed. Francisco N. was the technician who inspected the break system and per his recommendation new break pads were installed, front rotors resurfaced and back rotors replaced. It was a pleasure working with Sal (advisor) whose caring and professionalism is appreciated as he kept me updated on the progress of the work being done to the car. I certainly will recommend Break Masters #115 to relatives and friends. Wishing everyone a wonderful 2025.

Our experience here was not a good one when we dropped off our vehicle. We had them change out spark plugs, and coil with our own parts. When we picked up the vehicle, they said it was still having the problem and the man who totaled Us out was very rude and mad that I was asking questions about what got done, I think the fact that I am a woman I knew more about what I was talking about then he did as a service advisor or a cashier I’m not sure what he was ? And still the 450 that we paid just for labor I feel was still outrageous. Then we took it to go get a diagnostics and found out that the mechanic had not connected wires to the coils and therefore was still causing the misfire. I will not recommend anyone ever to this location and maybe even brake masters overall. I worked in this industry before and their professionalism was horrible!

Terrible customer service and really unprofessional, I’m a regular here and every time I’m here the guy here who says his a “manager “ acts like he hates his job, he was so rude and even proceeded to harass me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he didn’t want to give me any info. And as I was walking out he brought out someone else with a face tattoo with him and both of them followed me to my car and started to harass me and started taking pictures of me and my car and the “manager “ with the attitude even said “check mate” ? How old are these little kids working here? Never coming here again

Absolutely the best, most kind, and honest mechanics, ever! As a woman, I feel we often get taken advantage of, because we are trusting that all mechanics have integrity. The guys at Brake Masters on Alameda and 528, are your guys and will be my guys when I have to take my car in for repair. I was in a real bind and, in a crunch for time and they produced! Corey and his team are wonderful and talented mechanics. No matter what problem I have brought to them with any of my vehicles they have been able to fix it. Their prices are fair and as someone who knows nothing about cars, I feel like they have always been honest with me. Rare find!

I've taken multiple vehicles in to them over more than 10 years. They have always been professional and quick. They totally hooked up my partner's car this week. We had been working on the car for weeks, and it now runs better than it ever has. I recommend them for any repairs. Clean shop, respectful staff.

I had purchased ceramic brakes 6 years ago and they finally wore out, the breaks had a lifetime warranty so I was stoked to not pay for that and even got a discount on my roots and break fluid change. This is my go to for anything breaks

Be sure to get a quote from a local mechanic before you say yes to these prices. Can’t review the work because i never got that far. I was quoted $2300 for new brake pads and rotors all around on my 3/4 ton truck. After asking for my keys we got down to $1500 by not replacing the front rotors. I did the work myself for $320 and I only needed 1 new rotor.

I have a Kia Sorento that had already been to 3 different shops, including a Kia dealership. After the first shop put it a crank shaft sensor, the car started to die at 3,000 rpm's. No one could figure out what was wrong with it. Finally Brake Master's 115 was able to get it fixed. I highly recommend Brake Master's and Sal is very knowledgeable and even called me a few days later to see how it's running.

Sal hsd great customer service, he was friendly, understanding, and got me in as soon as possible. My issue wss fixed the same day & he even waited after they closed so I can pick up my vehicle, if that's not going above & beyond idk what is.

Very rude people called them to ask them how much a oil change was all I got was attitude then I asked for there name and the guy hung up then I asked for corporate number and they said they don’t have it and that there is no corporate

I felt I was overcharged for the services rendered this place is a rip off and the acting manager is a rude pric, I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with this store they should all be fired they charge way too much and they pay their technicians chicken feed ,who is the only ones should keep their jobs.

This is an amazing place! I came to them with a noise that turned out to be a part of my brakes system missing it's bolts! My little mini cooper was barely holding on to one of it's calipers and it could have been very dangerous. The shop manager took care of me, and fixes it by adding the bolts at no charge! I am beyond happy with the brake masters in Berna, and won't go anywhere else, ever...
