BUYER BEWARE!!!! There are a couple scam artists working there. It's disgusting. I took my new car in, was quoted THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs necessary for the safety of my vehicle. It scared me to the point I took it to the dealer AND another mechanic and was told it needed NOTHING!

Marshall is a great office manager. He explained warranty on brakes in detail.The brakes seem to work better. I am recommending other folks to get their cars and trucks brakes and shocks done as well.

The Brake Masters team saved my weekend. I needed a quick repair late on a Saturday afternoon so I could drive back to Denver the next day. Fransisco, Daniel, and Jesus got the problem taken care of in less than an hour! They were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would go to this team and this Brake Masters location for any car issues!

Went in with horrible brakes and rotors and got them done here , staff is helpful and will talk over the problem with you as well as help advice you to prevent further issues

After taking the morning off work for an appointment I booked with Pep Boys mechanics they canceled and I was left hanging. Luckily Brake Master stepped up and took me on short notice, great communication and got the job done in a timely manner. 10/10 Recommend these guys.

At Brake Masters on Gibson in Albuquerque I have been treated with respect, been given excellent information and service each time I take my car there to be worked on. Marshall is great and very calm and helpful always. My go-to car shop!!

Highly recommend. Having a shop you can trust is something that can't be bought. This place is fantastic. This is the first auto shop I've ever been to that didn't try to get extra money from me. They have my business for brakes forever. If you need brakes or other services they offer, get it done here.

I heard grinding sounds from my rear brakes and was able to schedule an appt early the next morning. Marshall got my car in immediately and after the mechanics assessed what all was wrong, he took me into the garage to show me the damaged areas and other issues that could get worse down the road. He explained what needed urgently repaired and what issues could be postponed for a little bit. I feel he went above and beyond what most shop assistants would do.Overall, it was an easy and informative process! Would definitely recommend them!

Dropped by car off about 1pm for several Front End Problems and a Wheel Alignment. Got a call at 3:30pm at work that the car was ready and did I want to pay over the phone. I told them I'd pay when I picked the car up the next morning. MY CAR WASN'T READY AT 10AM THE NEXT MORNING Marshall said it would be ready that afternoon. IT WASN'T READY AT 2PM and I took UBER to work leaving from the store. Blamed the delay on AutoZone delivering an incomplete part for my Tie-Rod End. Marshall said my car would be ready that day. I took UBER to work, leaving BrakeMasters at 2PM Called BrakeMakers the next morning at 9:30am (they open at 7:30am) AND MY CAR STILL WASN"T READY. Marshall said they STILL COULDN"T SCREW 2 SCREWS ON
