Cisco and the guys there set me up. I was traveling out of state and experienced some braking concerns and they took care of it extremely quick and professionally. I want to thank Cisco for responding to my requests for pictures of the brakes as I track all my maintenance and records for my vehicle. He verified my concern and I made it back to where I came from with no issues. Id like to thank the techs for doing what they do best as well. Anytime I'm in Albuquerque again and my car decides to do what cars do and break down I'll be sure to come back! Edit: although the service was great I was recommended things I didn't need. I get it.being in automotive myself. Just keep an eye on recommendations they put Forward to you.

Top of the Christmas tree from beginning to end. Friendly, knowledgeable, clean location and very professional. John who is a mechanic was the best. He really makes a big difference in the whole experience.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! There are a couple scam artists working there. It's disgusting. I took my new car in, was quoted THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs necessary for the safety of my vehicle. It scared me to the point I took it to the dealer AND another mechanic and was told it needed NOTHING!

Marshall is a great office manager. He explained warranty on brakes in detail.The brakes seem to work better. I am recommending other folks to get their cars and trucks brakes and shocks done as well.

The Brake Masters team saved my weekend. I needed a quick repair late on a Saturday afternoon so I could drive back to Denver the next day. Fransisco, Daniel, and Jesus got the problem taken care of in less than an hour! They were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would go to this team and this Brake Masters location for any car issues!

Went in with horrible brakes and rotors and got them done here , staff is helpful and will talk over the problem with you as well as help advice you to prevent further issues

After taking the morning off work for an appointment I booked with Pep Boys mechanics they canceled and I was left hanging. Luckily Brake Master stepped up and took me on short notice, great communication and got the job done in a timely manner. 10/10 Recommend these guys.

At Brake Masters on Gibson in Albuquerque I have been treated with respect, been given excellent information and service each time I take my car there to be worked on. Marshall is great and very calm and helpful always. My go-to car shop!!

Highly recommend. Having a shop you can trust is something that can't be bought. This place is fantastic. This is the first auto shop I've ever been to that didn't try to get extra money from me. They have my business for brakes forever. If you need brakes or other services they offer, get it done here.

I heard grinding sounds from my rear brakes and was able to schedule an appt early the next morning. Marshall got my car in immediately and after the mechanics assessed what all was wrong, he took me into the garage to show me the damaged areas and other issues that could get worse down the road. He explained what needed urgently repaired and what issues could be postponed for a little bit. I feel he went above and beyond what most shop assistants would do.Overall, it was an easy and informative process! Would definitely recommend them!
