I have never felt more cared about as a woman needing car repairs. For months I had other mechanics tell me one thing and another one something different. I would pay for one repair after another and STILL not have my car fixed! 😔 I wound up at this Brake Masters because I needed a wheel alignment and wanted to get a price. It turned out I couldn't have made a better choice! As I was getting informed, the manager John walked in. As he was listening to my frustrations, he asked me to drive my car while he watched. Within minutes, he knew exactly what was wrong! Within 3 hrs my car was done. I was so grateful I was starting to tear up😂 He showed me everything that he did and what still needed to be done. They have coupons and a credit card you can apply for that doesn't charge interest when paid off in your choice of time. I am staying loyal to this place because they showed loyalty to me 💗

Great experience every time I'm there. Fixed my headlight for much cheaper than anywhere else. Was very straight forward and will definitely come back for anything related to my car.

Amazing! I called and they let me know they did a free inspection, got my car in same day and got my brakes fixed within a few hours and had my car back. Saved me from spending nearly double what another shop was charging, so very happy I went with them and got a great result.

Easy to make an appointment over the phone. Very considerate, knowledgeable, and informative while I was there for the repair of a broken lug nut. They also found a problem with my right front caliper bracket and replaced it without charging me labor. I felt very comfortable with the entire appointment and will go to them in the future. Highly recommended.

Excellent work. Price was better than I expected. The staff was very friendly and explained the work that was done in terms I understand. Definitely taking my other 2 vehicles for work to them

Good work, trustworthy and competitively priced. I've been getting most of my routine auto maintenance done here for many years. They've helped me keep at least 3 cars running well. The staff are professional and very good about explaining problems and offering alternatives.

I brought my 2017 Toyota Camry Brake Masters in Albuquerque New Mexico I talked to John service manager he’s always very helpful I had a noise coming out of my car at turn out to be a brake caliper that he fixed it gonna be on the road right away

Radiator flush and new coolant was easy to set up next day. Better price than others, used online coupon for an additional $10. Great service and staff

John, Richard, and their expert team provide professional, personable, and honest service. Appointments are generally recommended, but on my first visit as a walk-in, I received a quick turnaround. If you need quick, top-notch service, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Think Brake Masters only specialize in brake repairs? No, they are well trained, professional technicians who are able to diagnose and repair just about any automotive problem you might come across. Recently brought my 1973 Jeep CJ-5 in for what we thought was a water pump making the usual "death throes" noises. Came to find out it was the distributor gear which had failed due to just plain, old metal fatigue after 51 years of service (original equipment). Technician Richard Hermann was able to custom build a replacement for the distributor, as well as diagnose several other issues such as bad vacuum hoses and leaky gaskets. All in all, my Jeep now runs like (almost) new! I would highly recommend this Brake Masters shop -- 5 stars -- and would like to give a shout out of gratitude to Manager John Patee, as well as Richard, for their excellent and professional service on an "old school" vehicle like my Jeep!
