For all the business I have given this place in the past 4-5 months over $5,000 & just got the wrong struts put in my car that left if lifted on the front & couldn’t even get my car alignment. I took off this Tuesday 4 hrs from work for them to check it they said they would put some other ones now giving me the run around & made me waste 4 hrs of pto this week & didn’t do anything. So Im contacting corporate

I went in because my car was making an awful sound, even worse when I applied brakes. The estimated cost was lower than I thought. The gentleman at the counter was nice and very helpful. They were finished with my car within 30 minutes. The noise was gone and my brakes worked beautifully. Thank you gentleman for such an amazing job.

The staff is always friendly and attentive. Even when they are busy to they acknowledge you too let you know they will be with you as soon as they can. Service has been timely and accurate. Definitely recommend this store!

These guys are better than good! Long story short I got all four brakes replaced for the lowest I could find in town. Local shops were charging almost twice as much and wanted to keep car over night smh. later that day I am driving and all of a sudden I hear grinding noise. I freak out and call them about it. They tell me to not freak out and take it to their guys at Wyoming and menaul. After doing so it turns out my parking brake was on! smh! completley my fault but they still took accountability and rushed me in and made sure everything was tip top. Wow. This is A+ customer service! Thank you to Ray and Jose at the Coors location and the guys at Wyoming and menaul that fixed my issue near closing time for free! Recommend these guys big time! A++!

I made an appointment to have my brakes checked for free. When the brakes were checked, it turns out I needed new front brakes. When the technician came to talk to me, he explained what needed to be done. When he quoted the price, I wanted to think on it as it wasn't inexpensive. I had asked for everything to be put back together, but then I asked if it could be done that day, it cemented my decision to go ahead with the job. I did not feel pressured to accept that the brakes needed to be done and I was quoted a price and that's what I actually paid. My front end no longer creaks when I go over speed bumps and I feel safe while driving and that I can stop without worry. I would definitely recommend Brake Masters to anyone who needs to have brake work done. You honestly can't beat the fact that they inspect your brakes for free.

I was in the area dropping off another car at a dealership and figured let’s see if they will take a walk in as they looked like their day was picking up for them, I was greeted and they said absolutely we can get your car in and out! Store manager Jose and his team were very efficient, explained everything with ease and got me back on the road in no time! New brakes as well as rotors! Definitely worth in the future to drive to Rio to see them as I am from Santa Fe!

Making an appointment was easy. They were communicative and clearly explained the issues that were detected and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Pricing seemed fair and the work was completed same day. I’ll be going back as needed in the future.

They were so nice to me and explained everything I didn’t understand so I could make the best choice possible when it came to maintaining my car, which is something I haven’t experienced much because people usually try to take advantage. The place was clean and a nice setting to wait for my car.

"Sad but true" I recently had my oil changed, I had a couple drips of oil asked the worker up front if they could see why I had a couple drips of oil coming from my vehicle! As they finished he stated it was my timing chain cover leaking. So I panicked and called my mechanic, as I waited for my mechanic to be available my car was leaking so bad after I left the shop. My mechanic fixed my problem, the employee at brake master broke my oil dipstick tube and didn't say nothing! My oil was very low and of course over $300.00 later I got it fixed. Never a leak on my timing chain cover oil from my oil filter was dripping and then the break of my oil dipstick tube. I've contacted the location manager stated there's nothing he could do, I called main customer service and NO RESPONSE! Thank you for the experience I'll never go there again and I'll make sure no one else I know goes there either!!!

Had all four wheels screeching when braking. The guys at Brake Masters 196 were honest and informed me that the brakes were in great condition and that the cause was more than likely the tire shine overspray from the automated car wash. They could see that the wheels had recent tire shine on them. I cleaned the disks with brake-clean and it worked! The screeching is all gone! I’ll be removing the automated tire shine from future car washes from now on. Thank you guys for the great service and advice!

I have been going to Brake Masters for years. I trust them. Their service excellent. I can get in quickly and they give me updates as to what they are doing to my vehicle. Also, very nice people.

Probably one of the best experiences I have had in years at an auto shop. Brake Masters is professional, efficient, and caring. Seeing my car with the wheels off and getting an understanding of where the brakes were worn made me feel included in the decision I was making to replace them. All other shops should take notice. Thank you Brake Masters for making this experience a great one.

Only Brake Masters I go to! They are extremely pleasant and funny. Have never had a bad experience. Ray is so helpful and polite. I recently moved across town. I will not go to any other Brake Masters except this one.

Will never go to them again they only have one person at the customer service number and he's rude they messed up my car and no help to fix it
