I had my brakes done at a different store and I wasn’t comfortable with the transactions or if I even had new brakes . I went to this store and explained my concerns. They checked my brakes and called me in to show me that the pads were indeed new. They were very professional

Came here to replace my brake pads on the front of my car. I booked an appointment the day before. Got there and they said it would be an hour wait. I called THREE hours later and they said they still hadn’t started an inspection. Got an estimate after 4 hours and it was ridiculously overpriced. Over $800 as the lowest estimate & $4,200 for the highest. My car has no check lights on and drives perfectly fine, just had squeaky brakes. Never coming here again.

Made an appointment to have diagnostic run on A/C (30-60 minutes). Vehicle wasn't pulled into bay until 35 minutes after appointment time. I asked the status of my vehicle at 1 hour and 5 minutes after appointment, and I was told another 30 minutes. Then I complained, because the point of an appointment is that your vehicle is worked on right away. The [arrogant] response was that Brakemasters is like a doctor's office, and runs late. I was then told that I could have my vehicle back, with no other option offered for their delay. These people don't care about you or your vehicle. They were openly talking about corporate price increases and servicing times, even though these didn't match reality. I suggest finding a garage with customer service personnel who have some empathy. Update: I responded back to the Brake Master response to this review, asked them what they'd like to discuss. There was no response/follow-up. Further reinforces my opinion that this company doesn't care.

This place really used to be my go-to for service. Sadly, not anymore. Made an appointment for 10 Aug for an oil change. Dropped the truck off early morning and was told three people were ahead of me. No problem. 3 hours later the truck was not moved and I was told one person was ahead of me. Well I couldn’t wait so I took my truck. Manager left me a voicemail apologizing. So I took the truck back today, 16 Aug, dropped it off at 830 and was told it would be about 3 hours. At 120pm I had not heard from Brake Masters so called to inquire about the status. I was told 15 minutes and it would be done. So I left work to head over. I arrived about 140pm. At 3pm the truck was done. After I was told 15 minutes, the truck was ready an hour and a half later! They obviously didn’t start work until I called and rushed the job. I get home and my truck is dripping oil in the drive way. If you want to spend all day waiting on a simple oil change, this is the place for you! The added bonus is you get to stain your drive way with oil! After spending $190 on an oil change (oh I got $15 off for the trouble), I have to go to another place to get the oil changed and make sure everything is buttoned up properly. It’s pretty worrisome when you get home after waiting all day for an oil change, spend close to $200, and see your truck dripping oil.

Had an appointment for 11:30am, waited almost 2 hours and checked how my car was doing… they hadn’t even started yet. They were very unapologetic and told me it was going to be another hour or two, for just an oil change. Left and took my business elsewhere

I have been a customer of the 22nd street location for 14 years and i wouldn't go anywhere else. The people are terrific, honest and very knowledgeable. I could go on and on about this Brake Master location but to appreciate it you need to do yourself a favor and go there. They don't gouge you on pricing either. Won't go anywhere else.

Made an appointment for an alignment on the car yesterday. Got there today and waited an hour for them to tell they weren't going to do it because my tires were too worn. Wasting my time. And the guy had the nerve to be smiling at me while telling me the bad news like it was funny. All they had to do was take my 200 bucks and do their best. Alignments are not guaranteed cuz of existing old parts on cars. I know this. And Secondly. They mount the sensors on the rims to align it not on my less than 2 yr old tires. Disappointing 200 bucks for less than an hour of work and they couldn't handle it

Very good service and if they make a mistake they will be persistent to fix it for you. 4/10/2024 As an update to this review, this brake Masters location was key in fixing a vital service mistake that I had received from another local mechanic in the area. They did an amazing job restoring my vehicle back to a usable state and ensuring that no further damage could happen.

All the guys here make this a great location! Everyone is friendly and easy to deal with. Not sure how their prices compare against other shops though because I tend to go to mechanics I actually know and trust. So even if it's a bit more I like to give them my business. My wife is a huge fan of them too. They have helped her out a couple times with something like putting on the spare tire for her when I was at work once and didn't charge her. Little things like that where they take time out of their busy schedules to help out a mom with her young kids with her when her husband isn't at home or available to take care of something simple like that...that's what makes the shop great. Customer treatment like that creates loyal return customers. You guys are all great!

In the past on my '07 Frontier for many times had flushed systems/fluids exchanged, sometimes oil changed too. Great service at store#211.

Made appointment thinking this would save time while I waited for oil change. After 1. 1/2 hours I was told I was all set. Was a little surprised at the $90.00 bill but I drove home about a mile from shop, parked in my garage went inside for about 5 min. Went back outside notice big drops of oil up my dive way and sidewalk and under my parked car. I could see a steady stream of oil dripping from my car. Went back to brake masters they put it back on lift and told the plastic seal on most cars becomes brittle and that it had cracked so they were replacing it with a metal one at no charge. How nice of them. So I waited another 30 min total of 2 hours and 2 trips to correct a mistake that I found. I would think the work that is done would be checked out and oil dripping that bad would be pretty obvious. Can only imagine the nightmare and expense I would be looking at had I not noticed the oil leak immediately. No way would brake masters taken responsibility. I have owned quite a few cars and never had whatever seal they were talking about become brittle and crack. Pretty bad customer service for a $90.00 oil change

Brake Masters on 22nd & Harrison is getting the job done! Everything was top-notch. They got me in right away. Everyone I had contact with was professional and knowledgeable. The estimated time to finish the work was reasonable, but they got the work done in almost half the estimated time. Reasonably priced. The waiting area and bathrooms were spotless. Free wifi access. Just a superior experience across the board!

They started work on my car early- I called for an appointment that morning and had a 2;00 appointment. I checked in at 1:15. The job was done by 2:30 after they called with a concern they took care of! Very satisfied.

We took our Jeep in to investigate a weird noise. Over $600 later, we picked up our Jeep and the noise was still there. Even worse, it broke down the next day! Also the free AC check is not really free and now our AC isn’t working either.

brake masters helped identify in full issues that were going on with my vehicle. they communicated well and had the car done exactly when they said they would. this is where i plan to take my car if i need any work moving forward!
