Honestly what a relief to go somewhere where the workers are super personable. The service was also done super quickly. As an added bonus, there was a fresh pot of coffee for me while I waited. I would definetly recommend and will DEFINETLY be going back Update December 2024: I continue to go here because they have the best prices in town and they were able to squeeze me in last second. Super great team!

Do NOT go here. I took my car here to have my brakes checked and fixed after a shady mechanic did a shady job. I paid this place to do an inspection, things didn’t feel quite right so I brought it back to them 5-6 times. They told me everything was fine and to rest assured the grinding would go away. Well, about a month later, I go to stop, and the pedal went straight to the floor, and the E-Brake didn’t stop me in time, and I ended up rear ending a van with children in it in front of me. I contacted this place again after the accident for paperwork for my insurance company and the lawyer, now they’re trying to deny that I went in there 5-6 times, and they’re denying any responsibility. So now I’m screwed over and have to take this on as my fault. When I’m already low income. This place made my life a nightmare, stay far away!!

James & Lisa were kind and super helpful. I'll definitely be coming back for future services! & their prices aren't crazy through the roof! I got my brakes done, an oil change/air filter, and alignment fixed, and was only waiting for about 2 hours. 🙂

Jesse and Lisa are the best. Jesse is the only mechanic I would let touch my cars. He tells you exactly what you need and no other Bs. Lisa is very knowledgeable and polite and always willing to help

Lisa and Andrew made the process of getting our car fixed super easy! They communicated the entire day, they were both friendly and very knowledgeable! Prices are also very fair. I do not know what i would have done with out them!!

Great experience. Lisa at the front desk was amazing as were the techs. Thanks for replacing my brake pads under warranty after another location couldn't resolve the issue. I really appreciate it! Back on the road for Uber & am a happy customer!

I took my car into Midas for a free diagnostic and was told I needed to replace several parts and it was going to be very pricey… not only was Brake Masters quote significantly cheaper, after I brought my car in it turns out all I needed was a hose replaced. I appreciate the honesty! Thank you James!

I have been taking my avenger here since 2018. They have always taken care of me and my car. Sure they can get busy, make sure you have an appointment it helps. All the employees here need a raise. Even under the pressure of more and more customers they get it taken care of. Thank you for continually being my go to for my car needs.

Jiffy Lube was closest to us, so stopped by there first, but not so “jiffy”… They said at least an hour wait. Came to Brake Masters and they immediately got us in and taken care of, plus Lisa was incredibly friendly, funny, and helpful. Brake Masters checks all the boxes! Will definitely keep them as my go-to from here on out.

My experience began with Lisa over the phone with questions and concerns regarding my Dodge Caliber overheating amongst other issues. Lisa was beyond polite and made me feel like I was being listened to. Not only was she being bombarded with customers in store and on other phone calls, she still made time to get me an estimate and answer all my questions. Thank you. The next day I took my car in and spoke with James the store manager, and yet again I was surprised with his professionalism and his ability to make me feel that everything was going to be alright. Once vehicle was diagnosed, James called me with the news, and of course the cost was beyond my means right now. I was stressing out!!! I explained to James my situation and in the end he was able to fix my vehicle at an affordable price and he was able to relate to me as a human being rather then just another $$$. Thanks to James and Lisa, I’ll bring my vehicle back again.

11/10 experience because of James, one of the new managers. We had a very unique problem with our A/C and he got it taken care of in like 10 minutes! This place is so much better since new management took over. Thank you James! And thank you person who also worked on the car!

Work good. However; online appt for day prior,,, front end alignment and tire rotation. Show up for appt, front counter not happy I'm there that late in day, takes a minute to find my pre online appt. She takes vehicle, waives the $25 tire rotation fee, assures I will get the $109 online couple for alignment. Come back 15 min prior to closing, just getting vehicle on rack. I insisted it stay overnight and NOT get aligned in 15-20 minutes. Next day, show up 0830, FULL price for alignment AND $25 for tire rotation. Uggggghh, thankful dude believed me when I said tire rotation was to be included with alignment and he did apply online price.
