Brought my wife's car and mine in for an oil change. Their team was quick and professional. My wife's care was in and out within 45 minutes. My car ended up needing brakes done also. The technicians did not try to upsell me and provided me with the various options. I chose to get my brakes and rotors replaced. Because of my car make and model, the rotors were difficult to locate and caused me to be in their shop for approximately 5 hours. The manager, Romeo, was awesome. He kept me updated on the status of the search for parts and progress of the repairs. Romeo went above and beyond while making sure that him and his team did everything the could to get me out of there with the correct parts installed and as fast as they could.

Had a check engine light come on w my mustang.. She's very tricky cuz I had it once before but thought I had fixed it lol.. The guys here spent a lot of time going through everything it could possibly be..def a fuel/emissions issue. They came back with good information for me to be able to choose what I thought was the issue.. We replaced all the O2 sensors. It's been a week and wanted to go through the 10 to 20 drive cycle before I decided she is super good! Actually she has more power now than she had when I bought her almost 5 years ago! They did an amazing job getting her all fixed up. Very knowledgeable in what they do! I will totally continue to use them for all my car needs.. Next time I need an oil change.. She's going there as well!!! Totally recommend!!!!

Took my car to get looked at , my battery died and we were thinking it was a bad battery. We took it and they were very honest and let me know that the car was great and the battery was actually good! I was not charged and was very grateful of their honesty!

Came here thinking it wouldn't be too long. Knew I was going to be paying pretty good Penny for my front brakes that started grinding. I'm pregnant and thought I would stay in the area and just go to the stores around. Told the lady to do the front brakes exactly what was happening and that I was going to pay whatever price it was cuz it needed to be done. I guess it was too much to ask for her to get my personal information right. she put my phone number wrong. I come back walking to the store 4 hours to the men really rudely telling me that they've been calling me didn't call me because I had my headphones on the whole time. To find out that she didn't have my right number. Had to wait another hour. Almost $600 later 5 hours later. I'm still here waiting. Never again will I come here Couldn't even spell my first name right. These are the people they hire. I am pretty irritated and hungry and miserable should have been home long time ago. The staff was very professional and the building is comfy but it's a very long wait even when you have an appointment. 10-26 update. Staff took good care of me today. They fixed a rattle for free with a new screw. They gave me quotes. Thank you for making a difference. So the only problem is the guy who said I needed a new suspension didn't properly diagnose because he actually knows nothing about how suspensions should sound or look. I'm the one who asked for the new screw. Hmmm gonna have to go elsewhere.

I took my 2019 ranger in for a oil change and alignment on 9-9-24. They told me that they would need to do a suspension inspection before they could do the alignment for $89.00. When I was doing alignments checking the suspension was part of the alignment and we charged a lot less thain the $119.00 that they charge for a alignment. Then told me that I had bad ball joint and it would cost $900.00 to replace the control arm and that they could not get the part until the next day. The truck only has 64000 miles on it. I took it to the dealership and was told that the suspension was in good condition. As they were checking the suspension they noticed a oil leak, when they touched the drain plug to check to see if it was loose it fell out draining out $60.00 worth of oil. I went back the next day and told me that the ford dealer was wrong and and of course that they were right. Of course things went down hill from there.

I took my GFs car here for an oil change on a Saturday. Took about 45ish minutes before they got the car into the shop. Friendly employees. They said the car looked good and the gent who helped me gave me an online $15 discount that I didn’t even know about. If the car overheats or has an engine blow up, I’ll change this review lol. But I don’t see any reason why you shouldn’t take your car here for basic maintenance.

THEY STOLD MY ENGINE I HAVE A 2018 CHEVY IMPALA TOOK MY GIRLFRIEND TOOK IT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGES AND TO CHECK FLUIDS THEY DID OIL CHANGE SAID THIS ENGINE WAS PRACTICALLY NEW WE BAUGHT IT WITH 49 THOUSAND MILES ONLY HAS 60 THOUSAND MILES SO WE LEFT ENGINE LIGHT TURNS ON SO WE GO BACK THEY RUN DIAGNOSETIC THEY SAID IT WAS A SENSOR THAT OT WOULD TAKE THE ENTIRE DAY TO FIX SO NOW WE ANOUT 1000 BY NOW THEN WE LEAVE ENGINE LIGHT STILL ON IBPOP THE HOOD I NOTCCED RIGHT AWAY PARTS ARE MISSING OIL IS COMINGVOUT THE TOP OF MY ENGINE I WENT AND CONFRONTED THE GUY HE SAID PROVE IT AND LAUGHED SAME DAY HE HAD AN OLD LADY SPEND OVER 2000 WHEN IT WAS JUST HER WATER PUMP IN THE END SHE SOLD HIM THE CAR FOR 300 DOLLARS THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE WOMEN AND OLD LADYS THEY DESTROYED MY NEW IMPALA SO NOW I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AT CHEVY LAW SUIT THING WRONG WAS THE WATER P SHE GOT SO STRESSED OUT SHE GAVE THE MAN THE CAR FOR 300 DOLLARS 💸 HE WAS LAUGHING THE MECHANICS A FEW OF EM ARE IN ON IT DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE

When in to see about a possible alignment and they recommend a full inspection and found out I needed more work done on my truck! I will go back and take care of the rest later, as I could not afford all of the repairs at once! Very professional!

Took my jeep to get a serpentine belt replace turns out I had more damage. Art took real good care of me and my jeep sent text messages on the work that was being done and the cost. I have become a breakmaster customer moving forward they do a lot more than just breaks

I visited this store for a free brake check. My brakes were in good shape, but the brake fluid needed to be changed. I was able to use a coupon for the service, so the final price was very reasonable. The staff at the shop were very friendly and kind, and the wait was < 1 hour for all of the service. I would definitely recommend Brake Masters #235 to family and friends!

DO NOT! Take your vehicle to this place! They don’t the job right and if something ain’t right they lie saying it’s something else to charge you more! They purposely did something to my daughter’s drive train. After the third time I had them check the brakes. It now makes a knocking noise now. Their lead mechanic is dirty and does horrible work. They mess up your car on purpose for money. I will never ever go back there again. Their lead mechanic is a dirty sob! The owners should fire all of those who work there. They don’t even deserve one star.

I took my truck for an oil change and as a female I felt comfortable with the help I got. I didn’t feel pressured to do extra services and they did my oil change within 40 min. I will keep bringing my truck here for what it needs.

Would give zero stars if I could, there name is “brake masters” more like taking a break masters, I took my tahoe here for brake issues and waited almost til closing when I finally called to pick up my vehicle almost 7 hours of waiting they didn’t do anything at all talking with guy that sits at front he says they couldn’t find no issues when there obviously was cause my brakes had to be pushed to floor to berly get my vehicle to stop I have rims on my Tahoe that take specific keys to take my wheels off I placed them in a certain area so they where able to see them to get my tires off when I picked my vehicle up they where sitting in the exact spot I placed them showing me they never even took my tires off to inspect my brakes these guys here are losers couldn’t do a simple brake job won’t be coming here ever they are over priced and there employees have no knowledge sad world we live in when men don’t know how to work on something that specifically in the name of the company
