Came in for an oil change and got a deal on my Volkswagen. I was paying $130 at the dealer. Paid half the cost. They showed me my inspection report and saw that I needed brakes done. Didn’t get any pressure from the guys at the front. They just informed me what may happen if I go longer. Their honesty and transparency was very appreciative. . The price for the brakes was the best in town. I had gotten quotes in the past for $400-$500. . The guys at the front were great-thanks Nelson. I had some additional questions for the mechanic Steven after and he stopped what he was doing and made sure he answered them to give me further reassurance. Like terminator said “ILL BE BACK” bc the business was phenomenal!

Great customer service! Went for an alignment but didn’t the steering wheel wasn’t straight, so they let me come back and get another alignment for free to fix it. Definitely will go back!

I took my car in 2 weeks ago to check my brakes and check engine lights were on. They were very professional. Michael and staff was great.! Recommend everybody to this place very honest, reasonable price and fix brakes did my brake flush and replace my Cadillac converter Thank u !!!

This place is the best new thing in the neighborhood. The service is perfect. Appointments are quick and on time. The waiting area is very comfortable and the result is five stars. I will be back.

To the owner of Brake masters : Check the records on May 14 2024 And check the letter I sent by email. You manager Pat didn’t want to help me Christian at customer service refused to help me they don’t even want to reimburse me what I pay for the bad Job they did . Or any other expenses that your negligence cost to me and my family . Bad service , bad place bad customer service. Never going back PEOPLE PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE. . DO NOT USE THIS PLEASE PLEASE DONT GO . They are rude unprofessional , Irresponsible people. Especially the manager PAT . They did a really bad job in my car and they don’t even try to fix it. I went back to the store so they can help me and fix it and they just give me the customers service number. I called so many times and never answer. When finally answer they don’t want to take the responsibility of their bad , job . Horrible people horrible place . Please DO NOT go to this place. Very unprofessional service. And they almost kill me and my family. And the worse part is they don’t want to take responsibility for their negligence . DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Went in for a break inspection to see what was wrong with my car because I noticed the stopping distance getting longer and harder to do. They informed me about what was going on with my car. They were kind, patient, and answered all of my questions in details. They worked with me in my situation and were really understanding and helpful. I definitely recommend.

I would not leave 1 star but had to pick one to leave my comment. 9/19/24 the manager Michael gave an estimate of work front brake pads front shocks need to be replaced on 2014 Toyota Sequoia. I qualified for easy pay to get the service done. I waited 4 hours in lobby. Michael said it’s complete. He needed to test drive. He cleared me to go I signed the paperwork. He said it’s normal to hear noises. When I drove out the parking lot the steering wheel was very loose and I felt unsafe. I could hear noise like tires rubbing. I called the store Patrick said it take about 500 miles for the brakes to settle. My husband drove it the steering wheel was cocked to the left side. When he applied the brakes the truck would steer to the left. There was new wear on the tires. 9/20/24 Today my husband called Michael the manager and explained everything is not fine. Micheal was rude and told my husband to shut up. My husband went straight over there at 430pm it’s was a confrontation with Michael (he had Patrick recording on the cellphone the argument) and Michael told him to leave the store my husband sat in the lobby refused to leave until he fixed it. The truck was put on the rack. Michael came and apologize the truck was out of alignment. He apologized several times thereafter and said it was his fault. My husband said you put my wife and daughter in danger. This could have been prevented if Michael would have listened and displayed good customer service and said ok Mr customer bring it in and let’s take a look at. Customer service has been lost to arrogance and pride. Michael was very rude and unprofessional and dishonest. This is very unfortunate because we need good honest service it’s no where to be found. We will not come back to this location or the company again. Btw my husband left a message to the corporate office in Tucson. Please do not say we have no records of your job. We have the paperwork and my son and daughter in law were witnesses of what happened on 9/20/24 when my husband talk to Michael and took the truck back

I needed an oil change and did not have an appointment. I'm new to the neighborhood and I pulled into brake Masters. They got me right in and gave me details about needed maintenance. I will definitely return for future service. The customer service was excellent!

The guys at Brakes Masters are very good at completing the service on my vehicle on time so I can get back to work. They answer all my questions and they let me know about other issues my vehicle has with a qoute. So when Im ready I can bring my vehicle for repair. Very clean inside lobby the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend Brake Masters.
