Called for their brake inspection as rotors looked wonky to me and brakes made a click noise, the showed me the rotors had “hot spots” too far gone to turn, they recommended replacement, initially said the pads were good but then found one cracked - quickly replaced everything with heavy duty parts as we do a lot of towing - and had me up and running within a few hours, lifetime pads!! And peace of mind for our next trip.

Brakemasters answers their phones, sets appointments and I can’t imagine a way they could make the service process any easier. They were also the most competitive price for an alignment. Very well managed!

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Had my car checked at a dealership and they told me that my struts were bad. Brake Masters was recommended to me and I stopped in to verify my issue. They took a look at no charge and was able to get me in the next morning. Only took a little over 1 hour to replace and an alignment. On the road again! Highly recommend going here for work to be done on your car.

I am visiting Las Vegas and on a road trip from Washington state. During our trip, our vehicle started pulsing when traveling downhill. Because we don't know any mechanics, we researched the internet to find this repair shop. Brake Masters was able to diagnosed the problem and replaced my front pads and rotors. I want to note the amount of details that went into the inspection was incredible. When they provided a free inspection they went all out and not only do a road test, but they pulled the vehicle in the shop, removed all the wheels and inspected the calipers, rotors and pads. When they gave me an estimate, they walked me through what they found. Needless to say, I highly recommend this operation.

Man what an awesome shop to take your car to, the front guys especially Adam will do anything and everything to make your repair as cheap as possible, while providing you with the best and honest opinion and option to get your car done right. He has worked with me on several things and has a great attitude to get the job done. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here.
