I brought in an alternator to be installed. And was told that the car would be checked out thoroughly before I leave the premises. A bun, starting my vehicle at their premises. It was a labored start. And the following day when we were going to go to church, the car did not start at all. It was laterer determined by another facility that what I needed was a new battery. I believe an alternator was in fact needed, but the battery should have been checked and this caused much frustration.

I went in for and a trip check. The tech who did the work noted on the paperwork that all tires were at 36 psi, which is what is recommended by the manufacturer. When I checked the TPI readout in the truck it showed the tires at 30 and 31 psi not 36 as indicated on the paperwork. I checked because I wanted to verify the truck TPI gauge had updated. I verified the numbers with a manual gauge. I took the truck back to the shop and spoke to the manager about this and he addressed the issue.

Quick, same day service on my Mercedes that needed new brake pads and Javier let me know that the shocks and struts are still new in my used car. I really appreciate Peter also for helping me to save time and money. Good men doing good things at Brakemax.

Life savers! Excellent customer service. My battery died, i didn't know they had batteries and are full service. I actually purchased a battery elsewhere, who sent me to BrakeMax for installation. They were kind, gracious and fast. Im now a lifetime customer!! thank you for helping me!

Brake Max turns everything off 😭 I give them My car to repair it in the steering system and they said they have to put new spare parts. guys after 5 months I went there to make oil change and they damaged my car with steering and after sent me a message saying my car has problem while is them who did it. The old man technician did it. I will no longer back there as they damage clients cars. Recently also I give them my second car to fix brake and they just clean it and fix without changing brake pads. This needs to be reported to the service bureau because it's too much.

I went to this break Max for years with both of my cars. I was a single woman and always afraid they would take me to the cleaners. When the previous owner was there I got the best car care and they were totally honest. When it was taken over by a new owner and they had a new manager there a number of years ago he was so dishonest. I left my car and I got a phone call that I needed a new battery, special expensive oil for my 2009 Nissan Altima and some sort of very expensive body part. ... something to do with the suspension .I told the guy that it was really interesting I needed a new battery because they just put a new battery in the last 6 months. I said don't touch my car I'm going to come pick it up . I took it to another place....it didn't need a new battery or very expensive oil or a body part. That was so sad because I never went back. They may have a better manager now but I wouldn't take the chance.

Henry-office supervisor was probably the nicest person I’ve dealt with in a long time. He accepted a coupon without complaint and did not try to oversell anything. BrakeMax is lucky to have him.

I called today to get a quote for replacing a serpentine belt, and they quoted me over $300. Considering the belt costs about $60, they’re charging more than $240 just for labor. From now on, I'll only use Brake Max for brake services. Everything else they offer is heavily marked up and overpriced.

As a single woman I am always skeptical to go anywhere to get a repair on my car because I’m always scared of being up charged and I would never know the difference! Here at this location they are affordable and so transparent, they update you with everything and let you know all your options! Seems like they really love what they do! Every single one that I have spoke with has been very friendly, supportive and helpful! I would love to give a special thanks to Peter for making this all happen for me! I got my breaks changed and the service that goes along with that! And they had someone bring me home while they worked and picked me up from home to come pick up the car! They are absolutely the best

Excellent service from this location. I needed warranty work performed and was completed with no problems. A warranty is only as good as the company issuing it. I’ve alway received quality work and customer service from them.
