Took my Hyundai Santa Fe in to get the brakes and rotors replaced. When I got told it was going to be $797.82 for just the rear brakes and rotors I got suspicious. However, the rear brakes were grinding so I knew that they definitely needed to be replaced so I gave them the go ahead to just to the rears brake pads and rotors. So when I got the receipt I looked up the part numbers online and found that I was being charged double for the cost of the parts. As a customer I feel ripped off. Other than that the employees were nice. Enclosed is a photo of my receipt of the parts and the part number so people can check this out for themselves. The parts numbers come from O’Reilly Auto Parts.

Did figure out what was causing the p0457 I been trying to figure it what part it was then when I took it in they told me it was the gas cap but here's the thing I replaced the gas cap twice but ig they weren't selling on all the way so they told me they got one from advanced auto parts to get a OEM Mopar gas cap and they cleared the code after they put it on n it didn't come back on and plus I was able to pass emissions to on the same day thanks to them and also I never knew there was a brake max on Tucson marketplace good job team🫡🫡🔥

I realized on a Saturday that my car needed an oil change. I called for an appointment as soon as possible and the gentleman who answered the phone was able to schedule me for the same day. He was extremely helpful and upon entering he was attentive, professional and fast. Dropping off my car, I was in and out in less than ten mins. I got the call that my car was ready in about an hour. There was no pressure to add services and price was very reasonable especially for the service and the excellent customer service. Picking up my car, making payment was fast and easy. This is my 2nd time using Brake Max and both times my experience has been easy, fast and pleasant. I will be using them from now on and highly recommend.

This is the only place I like to bring my car. As a woman I've always been afraid of being taken advantage of when I go to a car shop, because you hear about it so often and I've had it happen in the past, but not here. We've been coming to this location for a couple years and we've always had a great experience with both of our cars. It's easy to make an appointment, the whole staff is wonderful, and I've never felt pressured into doing something my car didn't need. If you're looking for an honest, reliable shop for your car, then this is the place you want to be.

Every time I come here for my car needs, they are resolved efficiently and in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area is big enough with a restroom and coffee/tea area. Highly recommend 👌

Fabulous and fast working team. Got my alignment and bolts taken care of in a four hour window last minute. Company guarantees vehicle inspections to cover fluids, oil, tire air, etc.

It is not a good idea to show up without an appointment. Even for a flat tire. Avoid coming here if you have a flat tire and it's 15 minutes to close time. Appointment is the best way to go the manager told me. Show up early to the appointment and everything should be completely great.

Our 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe was due for an oil change and tire rotation at 128k miles. While doing a multi-point inspection they found the front left CV axle shaft was needing replacement. They were able to complete the work that same day at a very reasonable price. We will continue using BrakeMax for all maintenance necessary to keep this SUV running strong!
