First timer. Simple job; replace two tires. They nailed it. Sounds easy but not for everyone. When I asked Jack…(formerly a good company) to rotate tires side-to-side only, because the two almost-new tires were on the front wheels, they ignored me and moved the new tires to the back and the well-worn tires to the front. And when I confronted them about it, they doubled-down and said their company policy dictates that they must put the best tires in the back. And we are talking about a FWD car here. (I’m not making any of this up.) Now you don’t have to be an auto mechanic or physical engineer to know that the front tires take the majority of road contact stress due to the live front axle, steering, engine weight, etc. So, now I am super skeptical of auto service shops and will micro-manage their work. With BRAKEmax, so far so good.

Rotate/Balance 2001 Toyota Corolla. Very professional crew/ establishment. In and out in a timely manner. Was there when the doors opened. There was a line. Sergio and Zack, bad with names so I hope I got it right, were the only ones there. Did their best to get us out of there. They had their hands full. Thank you guys. Great job!

Got me in quickly, pinpointed the problem, and executed the service and parts. Labor was a little expensive but granted due to what was done to my vehicle. I was extremely satisfied with the results. The parts and service is now guaranteed so I'm happy. All the problems my vehicle had is now history thanks to the manager Sergio at BRAKEmax!!! Woohoo!

Staff are pleasant. They explain what they have found. They explained clearly what was priority and what to expect in the future. They are realistic in their estimate for time needed to make repairs. I highly recommend this company amd specifically this location.

The worst no stars tires were severely overinflated. Despite the fact that they said all the tires were checked and had 35 lbs. But actually had 80 80 28 32 . Manufacturer recommends 32 BTW.

They did a very thorough inspection of my vehicle while making needed repairs, and pointed out issues i was unaware of. Repairs done timely. I would go to this Valencia location again.
