2 front tires needing replacing. I gave the size of the tire over the phone and they had a brand in stock I have had good results with in the past. I came right down and they took the car in shortly after I arrived. Manager and Staff are always helpful and friendly.

The Brakemax on grant and silverbell was great. I was able to get in and out reasonably quick and the associate who helped me was great. Would definitely reccomend coming to this location

At about 06:00 a.m, one of my rear shocks came loose and hit the pavement, destroying it. I temporarily secured the thing so that I could get my morning project completed, then limped home. Just before 10:00 a.m, I called BrakeMax for a quote, and being mid-day Friday expected a Mon appointment at best, but they insisted it could be done "today". Long story short, I was back home by noon, with a new pair of rear shocks on my truck. Very impressed and will keep using them for my auto service.

I had an appointment and I was taken care of on time.. Manager was extremely nice and polite and a nice sense of humor and very friendly and I did appreciate that because it makes you feel like a valuable customer not just somebody sitting in the lounge waiting for your car to be done so you can get it out and get the next person in for money

Excellent service and fast! My mom had several repairs done at the Silverbell BrakeMax. Javier gave her a ride home and back, and everything was done in 2 hours. Robert is honest, personable and professional. Very much appreciated!!

They take the time to do it right. The manager and assistant manager are knowledgeable, polite, and will answer multiple questions. My car is older(2005) and needs lots of help to keep it going as some parts are no longer available from the manufacturer.

Went in for an oil change and the manager said he wasn’t able to remove the plug, he said I needed a new oil pan. He was going to charge me $996.47 for the new oil pan which would include the oil change. I had another place look at it and the plug came right out. I really believe that breakmax was trying to scam me out of $996.47 . Very upset and disappointed with breakmax. I will never return to them again.
