Went in for some work done, a step got missed but they quickly caught it and took care of it. Really appreciate Frank for his honesty and technician that worked on our vehicle. Highly recommend them for any work on our vehicles. Great customer service and understanding.

I like that they send you pictures of the recommended repairs from their vehicle inspections. They gave me a time that the vehicle would be ready and done and sure enough my vehicle was ready for pickup at that time.

Frank and his team did an amazing job as always taking care of me and my car (including a shuttle to my house 15 miles away!). Milaya and David were super friendly, Jesse did a great job on the car and Jon was friendly as my shuttle driver. Just a great experience overall - thank you, team!

This was my first time using Brakemax. And I found them both efficient and economical. I had an appointment at my dealership to get front brakes done. However, due to a computer hack, they were unable to service me that day ,I called Brakemax and they got me in the very next day. I had waited 3 weeks for my appointment at the dealership. Therefore I was extremely happy to be able to get in right away to get my brakes fixed. I was also quite pleased to find my final bill at Brakemax was seventy dollars less than the dealership. I will be using brakemax for the routine maintenance on my vehicle from now on.

Great job, they don’t just do what you ask but check a lot more things before they start the job, if they see something wrong they approach you with pictures and evidence and recommend the repair. Thanks guys!!
