I was very pleased with the service I received today. They showed me exactly how my brakes were, made their recommendations, and did not try to upsell me anything. They could have easily ripped me off, but they did not. There was no wait for my service, and they were done sooner than they said they would be. On top of that they were all very friendly. It may not have been cheap, but it was far less than I was expecting to pay.

I came by at 1:30 to get my brakes inspected, Braxton told me everything that was going on with my brakes. He was very professional, courteous and transparent with me on everything. I got a full brake system replacement and I was out and on the road in under 2 hours. I highly recommend Braxton at the Ohio pike location and I will be returning if I ever have any brake issues again!

We were scheduled appointment for 10am. I dropped the car off and went to eat breakfast for about hour and half. Came back to check how long it’ll be to finished. Only to find out, they haven’t even started on our car yet because there were others still on the lift and that we’re “next”. Why make appointment for 10am and not work on my car when you have others working on? Don’t make any sense. They’ve started on my car 11:30am and it’s close to 1pm now. 10am appointment turned into 3 hours waiting time while working on others. Poor customer service. Newly management and people working when their used to be bald old white man working there and time was essential to get our cars done faster than what it is today.

Had front rotors changed for $278. When I left shop they sounded worse. Got them checked out and was told they left rotors open and not pushed in.. oil was left all over bolts and caliper.

Had a Noon appt, they got me in early. Did a full inspection told me everything that was needed and I never felt like they were trying to over charge me. Once the work was completed it ended up being almost $150 cheaper than anyone else around. I'll be going here from now for all my brake needs. The manager, Josh so very helpful. Thank you!!!

I HIGHLY recommend! I was stressing out about the awful sound my brakes were making. Josh and his team did fantastic! I got my rotors and breaks done for an unbeatable price! Josh was awesome at guiding me in the right direction and explaining everything. Cory was fast and precise. I called around 9 o’clock, Made an appointment for 10 the same day, and I was in and out before noon with four new rotors and pads. The Wi-Fi in the lobby was crazy fast and I enjoyed getting some work done while I waited. Regional manager was covering that day, his name was Tim. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything and gave me options. They even let me keep the old rotors for Scrap Metal, I will definitely be back next time I need brakes.

Had an appointment for my car. Dont fall for the 199 to 399 deal. It's a scam. Got ti my appointment and wanted me to pay 1300. They said that the brakes were too damaged for them. All you do is remove and replace exactly what the ad said

I called the main number. They asked which location. I told them. They asked what kind of car. Told them and she immediately said they do not have any parts for that car. It's a Mitsubishi, not an exotic car. They transferred me to the location(Beechmont). Nobody answered and they wanted me to leave a message. Ordering parts off Amazon and doing it myself.

Better than 1300$ but you get what you pay for. Did the front brakes OEM , factory, the back was Brakes 4 Less look at the difference in brake dust. Same wash cycle. Very heavy brake dust. Doubt these will hold up. First is brakes 4 less brakes from the back second is VW OEM brakes from the front. Chinese brakes from brake 4 less.

Excellent service! Gave me the proper recommendation for what my situation was, were not pushy, and got my car done in about 4 hours for a full set of new pads. Highly recommend, and the price was fantastic with what I got.

Great experience. Showed car with inspection results. Explained options, etc. Needed all pads but only two rotors. (could have told me four and I would be no wiser). Work done in short amount of time. Took second car for free inspection, but was shown that nothing was needed at this time, so off I went. But when it is needed I will be back for the work. Revised* This place is a huge scam don't do it. Told me I needed a $1200 brake and roter. Job didn't even need new brake pads. I don't think the even pulled off the wheels to look at it before they quoted me. Told me all 4 rotors were beyond repair and 2 deeply gouged. In reality not one of them was . Do not recommend if I have the opportunity to leave A 0 I would. So I'm leaving my original review as I don't agree with thoughts or practices here but Josh did reach out to me to see what had happened. I appreciate the reach out however it doesn't do much to change my opinion.
