This was my 1st time there. I needed all 4 brake pads replaced and 2 rotors turned. They were GREAT. Shawn was who I dealt with. Very nice gentleman. Kept me informed as the job progressed. I was there for only 2 hours. Big-O quoted the same job for $850.00. Brakes 4 Less did it for LESS then half that. I will be going back to Brakes 4 Less if I have any brake problems in the future. Thank you, so much Shawn.

Shawn was very nice. This has the best customer service. Shawn got in and out I had an appointment with Ken Lowery they called and canceled the Saturday of my appointment. I’m glad because I had the best customer experience at brakes for less thank you Shawn

Amazing staff. I've came about a year ago and didn't have the best service. After my brother had such a good experience, I gave them another try and brought them my new car They have a new manager and have updated their staff. This time the experience was totally different. I got in quickly without an appointment, I was quoted less than everywhere I called for what I needed. Even the technicians were very friendly and willing to answer random questions without acting like I was bothering them. The new manager, Teresa is very customer oriented. Sean and Tyler were funny and informative. You can tell this entire team cares and enjoys their jobs. I appreciate top tier work and customer service!

Great place to get your brakes done! The manager there was super helpful and everyone was professional, they completed the job quickly and gave me multiple Options to help get everything need to fit in my budget!! Ok .. so I came in the facility and I need it my brakes done of course and this lady she worked with me she was compassionate and they done a great job on my car.. so if y'all need your brakes done I would recommend you come here first because you're not going to be disappointed and I was a marine I have my car and my brakes done at a lot of places but this place takes the crown for having the best customer service and great work.. Thank you again brakes for less on Dixie highway right next to fifth third Bank in Louisville Kentucky I will definitely be back

*Update* I wanted to update from my last post! My car has been fixed and I want to say thank you to Teresa and Dexter for all their help!! 4/24/24 At 1st the service was okay, they told me they couldn't do my breaks. Which was fine! But due to them not making sure the hood of my car was completely closed it flew up while I was driving and is now broke and caused damaged to my car. They are not accepting responsibility even though when I pulled into their establishment my hood was fine! And then tried to make it seem like it was due to a recent accident my car was in over a yr ago. But the damage to my car was a finder binder and my hood was untouched in the accident! So I will say this make sure before you leave that you check the hood to make sure it is completely shut or you'll be calling your insurance company and a lawyer to sue this company!!

Shay was very pleasant and professional and I know there is always an up sale and I was expecting it so it was no surprise when I was told I needed rotors, problem was I knew I only needed the rear because the fronts had been replaced six months earlier, we haggled a few minutes and agreed on the work and price.

Great experience here. I Made an appointment for Saturday. Drop my vehicle off within an hour they told me what all my vehicle needed done. The vehicle needed brake pads all the way around and two new rotors on the front. They were fast efficient and did a great job. The service tech lady was very professional. Didn't get charged to arm and a leg either. The service tech lady was very professional and polite. Thanks brakes for less I will be returning.

I got new brakes and rotors on all 4 wheels. The brakes are squeaky after taking the car back 3 times. Very embarrassing at the drive thru windows. The manager is very nice but still having issues. I will not be a returning customer.

They are fast and life savers!!! I called and got a schedule appointment for the next day!!! Showed me how bad the breaks were and got me in an out in about hour and a half!

Took my car in for brakes. Paid a ridiculous amount of money for full replacement. Brakes still in same condition as when I brought it in. Embarrassing to have people in my car. The manager looked and claimed there is nothing wrong with the brakes. Don't waste your time here. Take your car anywhere else. $860 lesson learned very dissatisfied
