When I stopped in today for a last-minute brake system check before the holiday weekend, the team took fantastic care of me. They listened to what inspections I was interested in, walked me through the results, and knocked out the services I selected. It was a breeze to take care of my truck and the entire experience was positive. I'll definitely be back!

Chad at Brakes Plus on Abbott Iin Colorado Springs is great to work with. I started getting some grinding while braking and they got me in quickly and had me back safely on the road. Pricing was fair and I would highly recommend them for your brake needs

Chad is a superstar. Sitting in the lobby he comes up and says, “Let’s take a look at what I’m seeing”. I told him I had no idea of what I would be looking at and said, “That’s okay, I’ll explain”. He didn’t try to up-sale me, just told me what was needed. I appreciate mechanics like Chad, no nonsense, here’s what we need to do. Boom.

Dario the person you deal with up front is knowledgeable on cars and is very helpful and explains everything they find and will show you your rotors or breaks if you want to take a look at them but when I went there I already knew that I needed to get new ones because they were passed half their life and I wanted to get them replaced at that time. I would recommend this brakes Plus location

I had a 3 o’clock appointment and had an oil change and tire rotation. Chad got my car in right away so the wait time was not long at all. Very good customer service with Chad during the check in and check out process.

It was a Saturday and I was desperate with next to NO brakes. They were busy and about to close. CHAD came through for me and was MY HERO. A true badass. He gave me a new caliper and bled the system for me. I was back on the road driving a SAFE vehicle within a couple hours. So greatful. Cannot thank Chad and this place enough!!!❤️❤️

Today was another great experience at Brakes Plus. I was greeted warmly by Stephanie when I arrived and received helped right away. The wait wasn't long before I heard from the manager Chad who kindly explained what service was needed. He answered the questions I had and was very helpful and friendly. The customer service at this location is always top notch. I have come to trust and rely on the accurate disgnosis and feedback which is given. I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity which is consistently delivered with every service I receive. Thank you for the peace of mind that comes from such exceptional customer service.

i’ve been to this location twice now, once to get my brakes checked, and the second time to get my car belt checked on. I will say they have not disappointed! both times they were very helpful on making sure i understood what exactly was going on and helped me find all the answers to my questions! i definitely will be back!!
