I want to give a shout out to Jason, Brandon and all of the staff with this brakes Plus in particular. I had lots of trouble with my F-150 over the years. But after coming down to this brakes Plus and talking with the staff here and getting a better understanding of my vehicle and not always trusting the dealerships. Does the dealership doesn't always have with is in your best interest brakes Plus does. Knowing that they're going to put your safety and your concerns first above and beyond, means more to me and I don't just feel like I'm wasting my time or money or energy. Sometimes I will say yes you have to wait but waiting for somebody who's going to put the time and good quality into the repairs is a place that you want to go. I definitely recommend brakes Plus on marksheffel and woodmen. When I had a concern about this particular part which was a CV axle they went above and beyond to ensure the fact that I was happy and that the concern was taken care of. Schedule an appointment for Saturday at 10am for an alignment after getting new tires. Thinking an appointment would help with my wait time, man was I wrong! Car sat out front for the first 30 minutes. Then once they pulled it into the bay I waited an additional hour and 25 minutes to have the alignment completed. This will be the last time I visit the new location on Marksheffel and Woodmen. Two hours for an alignment with an appointment is ridiculous!

Got quotes from 2 other mechanic shops for front brake pad replacement that were 50 and 60% higher than brakes plus quoted. They did them while I waited and it was a great experience. If you need brakes definitely go here first!

Great staff, very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. I would go back here anytime and that's saying something because I myself am a mechanic so if I can avoid taking my vehicles to the shop I will at almost all costs, however I don't have an alignment machine that's why I took my pickup there and the service and everyone there/involved was outstanding.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, went in for an alignment after replacing a lower control arm. Made an appointment at 3p dropped it off at 2p and told them “take your time I can pick up any time before close” I live within visual distance. They didn’t bring my vehicle in till 15 min before close, I watched them drive it in then got a call about 5 min later telling me that they could not perform the alignment. I went down there and they informed me that my passenger TieRod was loose and my driver “was going to be loose soon”. That was an outright lie, not only was that not mentioned by the shop that diagnosed the bent control arm but I double checked with the other shop that aligned it as well as the dealer. This shop did not want to do the alignment because they wanted to go home on time and did not look at it till damn near close. This shop also put it in neutral for the alignment then attempted to start the vehicle when in emergency tow mode so many times it literally fried the battery and asked me if I knew how to start the vehicle so I could take it home. A shop that doesn’t have basic vehicle knowledge should not be working on vehicles at all. **video you can see them shaking the tire back and forth while on the lift while they told me that tie rod is broken.. there is nothing wrong with it and that has been confirmed by 3 independent mechanics 1 being the Jeep dealer***
