I got quoted from another auto shop right next-door, which was not even the fraction of the cost that they charged me for the same work. I had the brakes replaced on our car a few months ago. When I got home I realized the wheel lock was missing, so I went back and picked it up. Recently I realized that one of my wheel lock lugs was not put back on my vehicle. So make sure when you leave all of your lugs are in place, lesson learned the hard way….

Came in for an alignment after getting new tires and was pleasantly surprised with amazing customer service. The gentleman out front explained everything and had my car back to me extremely fast. I will certainly continue doing business with this shop.

Had a turn signal bulb fail and Kevin fixed it in a few minutes. Super convenient and helpful. 5/6/24 Just got an oil change at Brakes Plus on Marksheffel. Quick and easy, this is the place to bring your car. 11/20/24 Well, the honeymoon is over. Called 15 minutes before close and was put on hold and left there. They must have been really busy. Congrats to them for having so much work to do that they don't want my business anymore. Never going back.

I scheduled an appointment to have some work done on my car. My husband and I got there about 10 minutes before the appointment and were told that ours was the next one to go back. An hour after the appointment time they still hadn’t taken it back to do the maintenance. The woman at the desk told us (again) that we were next but couldn’t tell us how long that would be so we just left. There wasn’t any kind of explanation or apology that it was taking so long. I don’t know why they offer appointments if they aren’t going to honor it. We ended up scheduling an appointment with Tire World to get the work done and they had it done 20 minutes after we got there.

I went in to have my battery replaced. Jordan is who helped me and he was so kind and professional. Reassured me that the job will get done quick and that they would make sure to complete other tests to make sure nothing else was wrong with my car. I dropped my car off at 8am and it was done at 9am! I am very happy with the service and the staff. I recommend this place 100%!

This is a first for me. I had my oil changed from another company (referring to them as Company X) and had their inspection. They quoted me $250 for front brakes and another $250 for rear and said I needed to change my brake fluid. I called Brakes plus and Taylor answered and was able to give me a preliminary quote. It was already cheaper than my previous quote from my inspection from Company X. I went in today and Jordan took notes of why I came in and he explained to me that they'll do the inspection and confirm the findings from Company X. Jordan took me to my car and showed me each rotor and brake pad size and showed me the fluid. Jordan said he doesn't see any issues with my brake system. He treated me exactly as if I was part of his Ohana (family). Eventhough I didn't spend a dime with them today, I am sure my money will be worth every cent when I go here. Mahalo (Thank you) Taylor and Jordan for makimg me feel as if I am a part of your Ohana.

I went in for a very specific reason. I needed my caster set higher (outside factory specs). They acknowledged they could do it, as they’ve done it before. They made it worse. (Was +2.3°, set at +1.7°)They claimed that the tech wasn’t “comfortable” setting it any higher. I’m not sure why someone’s comfort level was considered. If it wasn’t a safety issue, it should have been done. If for some reason it couldn’t have been set, they should have told me up front that they’re not allowed to go outside of factory specs. I also am disappointed in the time frame. I set up a 3:00 appointment with Bethany. I dropped it off earlier in case they could get it done sooner. At 4:30 it wasn’t even pulled in. When I called they didn’t even know about my vehicle. They insinuated that I dropped it off at another location. I’ve used this location in the past and they were much more professional. I’m not sure if management changed, but it’s a bit disappointing considering how close it is to my house. Full transparency, the manager did insist on not charging me even though I insisted. I am still a bit frustrated about the time lost. This review was given two days after the service to avoid any emotional influence.

Came in hoping for a tire repair since I had gotten a flat and couldn’t jack it up high enough to fix it. While they don’t do tire repair they swapped out the spare for me so I could head back to work. Thanks guys!

Took wife’s car for an alignment and my car for oil. Here’s the thing, those services are all pretty standard. So what’s caught my curiosity was the price. After shopping around Brakes Plus offered the best value. They did an excellent job and showed great professionalism. I mean what else could you want from an auto shop! We made the switch to Brakes and couldn’t be happier.

I don't normally do reviews, but I genuinely like this brakes plus location. They gave me fair prices and did everything super quick. They kept me informed every step of the way and got me out in a day so I could get back to work. Its not often that I want to make a shop a permanent go to location but I will be for this one. Thank you guys for everything. The service was awesome.

I was able to schedule a same day appointment, and they even saw me early. I got an oil change, and tire rotation. They gave me estimates on recommended services and explained what each service did and how it helped my car. They didn’t try to push me into getting additional services! Everyone was nice and very welcoming.

This location doesnt do much mechanical work. Was told to call my dealership as they didnt do what i needed done, yet the location on Austin Bluffs didnt even hesitate to do the exact work i requested of this location. Just weird.
