Top notch shop for vehicle repairs. I was new to town and tested the waters with an oil change (Excellent service and efficient!) and when that went well, I returned to have the rear differential replaced on my truck. The day I had the rear differential replaced, Jolyn arranged transportation for me after I dropped off the truck and again when it was time to pick up. Best prices around and they stayed true to their word on timeline, getting it done the same day for me. The mechanic even stayed a bit after hours that day so I would have my truck to drive to work the next day as promised. Not only best prices but high quality work too.

Great experience with Jolyn and her fabulous crew. Easily the best Brake shop in the springs. Do not hesitate to bring your car here to get your brakes looked at! Free diagnostic on our brakes and corrected a problem that the last brake shop neglected. Come to 5715 right by the wal mart on Space center and you will not be disappointed

Great store to go to on short notice. My family was literally on our way out of town a month ago, moving cross country when i heard issues with my truck.. Jordan and Paul were professional and upfront about everything from the type of work that had to be done, as well as how long it would take for them to get to my vehicle and how long it would take to fix the issue. We were in a time crunch and they understood how important the issue was and got us in and out in the same day. The visual representation they provided was very helpful to understand what happened and why it happened and the severity, they gave recommendations and options for repairs without coaxing me to choose the more expensive one. Very professional store, I would recommend it to anyone who need. This is the same recommendation and review it gave a few years ago but it all holds true today. Highly recommend. Thank you Jordan and Paul for everything you did for me and my family

I stopped by the brakes plus on Palmer park. They were polite and very efficient. I came in for an oil change . They mentioned that my filter in my car needs to be changed . I wanted to delay to change it and they were both pushy .

The awesome people here really worked with us when we had break issues and worked with our budget. They had us in and out as fast as possible. It's nice because they are right by Walmart and a few good spots to eat at that. Great work and great people. Thank you

*updated* THEY CALLED TO ADMIT THEIR ALIGNMENT MACHINE WAS BROKEN!!!!!! If I never complained would they have ever said anything or just took my money?? SCAM ARTISTS! I feel bamboozled. I took my subaru here to get the breaks done and rack and pinion fixed. Now my car feels worse off.. it creeks like never before and pulls really hard to the right.. I replaced my shocks and struts in May 2024. Now after being recommend to be replaced *again* they creek like they're not new.. I paid $100 for an alignment but my car now pulls and it didn't before.. I will never trust this company with my car again.

All I can say is that they are awesome, Nick took care of me from letting me explain the situation to him explaining what was really going on. Then let me know about the other services I would need to get taken care of. Really made the process smooth and efficient. Effortless ease on the whole situation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! BEWARE of the scam. Do your own math on their receipts and quotes. My quote had a discount that was actually an additional charge!! I Paid $100 for them to literally ruin my alignment. Now no other mechanics will touch it because my CV axel is ripped! The only thing these mechanics know how to do is recommend shiz you don't actually need!! They charged me and "did" the alignment with a broken machine they later called and admitted was broken.. oh and they "want to check and see if everything was done right"" 🚩I paid $2,300 for them to half ass fix my car and they had it for almost two days!

So I had 5 stars for this place... I am changing it officially. Now I could be mistaken, as this was a month ago, but I believe the guy that "helped" me was The manager Sean. Heavy set guy with a beard. Well he made sure to try and screw me over, or "up sale " as I am learning. Essentially , that is to also find something else they can charge you for, but typically it is a means to help you out. This was clearly meant to be a hot paycheck only. I don't review his workers as 1 stars because some have really done a damn good job, even having me drive them around so they could hear the sounds I heard and they could fix it. Thank you to those workers. Anyway, let's begin: Oil change. Simple and easy. My wife was with me and we went to the Walmart nearby to goof around while they did the business. I get a call from SEAN saying his mechanic FOUND there is a lot of oil in my engine and it really could lead to some problems, and recommends that we fix it. (Oil seepage is normal btw and no it hasn't leaked well enough to hit any ground I have parked at.) The total was up to $900 now to "clean it all out" and replace a Gasket. Yeah I was hurt at the cost and was definitely not in a good mood. Sad and just feeling... Bothered. Well 10 min. Walking in Walmart after this call, we decided to head back. From the parking lot I could see my vehicle still up in the lift. Still lightly joking with my wife, and now halfway through said parking lot, my car is no longer in the lift. Let me reiterate what was said earlier by SEAN. "MY MECHANIC FOUND... RECOMMENDS WE FIX IT." Why the hell would the person working on my car who recommended I fix it, take it down and drive it around to the front 15 minutes now AFTER the phone call with SEAN? Sounds like we have a liar. I arrive at the front and get to talk to SEAN. I asked why it was in the front and he says "well my mechanic didn't know in time." 🙄 We asked about what the oil could do and he proceeded to lie to my face telling me some bull shit story of a lady who had "oil leak all over her alternator and ruined it completely." I've asked 2 real mechanics who said it would probably run better if that were the case. SEAN, I am calling you out for this because we already have inflation screwing us over. You deliberately and fully intended to make a sale out of me and I guarantee you have done so to other customers. You shouldn't call yourself a mechanic if you can't provide honest work for people. You can show how sorry you are by being a decent business man, or you can take your con artist ways elsewhere.

Staff was so incredibly helpful! I made a mistake with some maintenance on my car and the general manager Jolyn was so understanding! She helped me immediately with fixing the car issue and didn’t make me feel stupid.. I will get future maintenance done anytime at this Brake Plus location!

This is my 3rd time to this location and they are pleasant and wonderful to work with everytime. I've had as simple as just an oil change done to my shocks and struts and when I had questions, they made sure to actually take me in the bay and show me exactly what they were talking about so I understood and was comfortable with what was needed done. I'll go here for as long as I'm in the Springs!

Jordan was amazing! Informative, helpful, and the price was 1/4 of what I was quoted from other locations for my brakes. He didn't try to sell me anything extra that my car didn't need. They miss the promise time. Went in for a alignment Got a (toe and go special) only adjusted the fronts, they did not touch the rear at all. As a prior tech in the industry, proper alignments, you always need to set the rear alignment prior to setting the front. This car has all four adjustment. Must because they were in a rush to kick me out. Advisor was nice on the phone but was short when i called to check on the vehicle. Would have gave them a better score if they would have done a proper alignment, and had better customer service instead of just going straight to “Ill have it done by closing.” This is the one line customer do not want to hear, if you are running behind and just tell the customer.
