Brakes Plus

Went in to Brakes Plus today, brakes would sqeak in the afternoon but not in the morning when I drove to work. Started out light a few months ago. Last couple weeks it got worse. Not sure if was warped rotors or my brakes. Since they did both, I took my car in. They got my car in almost immediately. Eric was incredibly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Dom, the tech, assessed the situation, glazed brakes. Very impressed with the service. I was kept in the loop the entire time. I liked the windows into the bay so I could see the progress. Full brake job, got the premium package ( to me it was a great deal), also oil and filter change. I was literally in and out in 2 hours. Also got pricing for for shocks and struts. Eric and Dom did a great job. I'll definitely go back.

I meant to post this review about a month ago, but I've been very busy the past few weeks. Jamie was very kind and helpful. Her and the guys went above and beyond to help me. They showed me I had a lot of wear on my tires and helped me get my new winter tires from discount tire. They also found an oil leak, and since I live far away, they made sure to do all the repairs in one day so I didn't have to make multiple trips. I really appreciate everything they did for me that day. Awesome customer service! 🙂

Eric and Sam were amazing. I got the worst news about my car and as a single mom(and don’t have all the funds all at the same time) they assured me it was gonna be fine and me and my son are gonna be safe one repair at a time. Im definitely going to take their advice and spend my money where it’s appreciated and respected. 😁

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Brakes Plus, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with exceptional service. Eric at the reception desk was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable throughout the process. Dom, the technician who worked on my car, was a true professional. I have been having squeaky brakes just after having them done. The dealership couldn't find any issues. They even said the squeaks are normal....um no their not! So I called Brakes Plus and Eric got me in the very next day. Dom, the mechanic showed me what was causing the squeak. Yup, the pads were glazed over, what I thought but no other place could confirm. What an awesome job done by both Eric and Dom. I even had them change the oil and fix a blown light bulb. Need some work done? I highly recommend Brakes Plus, Eric and Dom. They will do it right the first time due to their expert knowledge and professionalism.

I was having problems with my jeep starting so i took it to another auto shop. They told me I needed both alternator and battery replaced and then gave me a pricey estimate. A few days later my wife was getting brakes put on her car at BRAKES PLUS ON AUSTIN BLUFFS so I set up an appointment for my Jeep. When i took it in they told me all I needed was a battery and that the alternator was totally fine. Not only was i able to save alot of money, get my Jeep fixed that day but i also found a new, honest mechanic. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRAKES PLUS ON AUSTIN BLUFFS. I'm a single parent and Vanessa and Dom went up and beyond to make sure I got my car back by the end of the day. They communicated made sure I understood the pricing and even made sure what I knew it was they were replacing. Dom stayed late to make sure everything was completed. Replaced brakes and rotors. Both under warranty. 1 month later my rotors are worn and they want me to spend another 100 for better brake pads. If you want something done right don't come here. I ended up taking it in to brakes plus off of woodman and powers and they repaired everything under warranty at no cost. That location I would highly recommend.
