We brought our Acura for the noise it was making after my son ran over an object. This shop and front desk were extremely helpful, professional, and pleasant. They told us there was a minor bent that they fixed it and no charge. I realized time they spent diagnosing the problem and not charging us was the greatest thing that made my son very happy. We appreciate their honesty and professionalism. We highly recommend this shop!

Misquoted and shown poor customer service. The vehicle was not ready when I was called to pick it up and had to stay after hours to wait for work to be done. Was eventually told to try it out for a while - wow!

I have been a loooong time customer of Colorado Springs, CO Powers Peak Center, Brakes Plus location. I won't go to any other location as KT always makes you feel important, friendly an very knowledgeable. When I need maintenance or repairs, I can always count on Elvis making everything back to factory specs and keep my 4 Runner at top condition. KT and Elvis are two experts I realy can count on to help with any vehicle issue. HIGHEST Praise I can give to this pair of professionals! Today I met Abby who is very professional, honest easy to understand where my vehicle maintenance should be and very pleasant to work with. Thi location is the best Brakes Plus Store there is hands down. Great team of professionals I have ever worked with. I know I am laying it on pretty thick but they really are every bit the best! You can really count on them to be the best! 15+ years of excellent Technical Service, great mechanics and customer service team ROCKS!

My day started off pretty badly when I went to leave for work and spotted a puddle of oil underneath my vehicle. Being in a hurry, I called a couple of Brakes Plus locations and took my vehicle to this one. They got me in quickly and had me out looking at the issues they found shortly after. We now had a game plan to address them, and a bandaid solution until I could come back. I asked Dominic to investigate a coolant leak I had, and when he located it, we found the 24 year old plastic has broken apart. Luckily I had a replacement available. These gentlemen busted their butts to get it replaced ASAP and get me back on the road. I really appreciate it, guys! Will return to this location in the future.

This is normally my go to spot to get my oil changed and brakes done but today I had a situation that required assistance immediately. I really appreciated Abby yesterday. She was so thorl with me, and she helped me with my entire repair. She made sure that my granddaughter and I would be safe during the winter months. Dom was so amazing, I was hearing noises in my car and despite everything that ended up being wrong, he delivered the news in a way that I would understand (since I don’t know much about cars) along with displaying honesty, sympathy and understanding. You could tell he truly cares about his customers and wants what is best for them.

Had an emergency and took my car to Brakes Plus to get a lot of work done on the front right side after a collision. They were extremely helpful, communicative, and kind. Got everything done same day for me. Worked with KT and Dominic and they were absolutely fantastic. I plan to return here in the future.

I just wanted to say that the staff at this Brakes Plus has some of the best customer service I have seen in a really, really long time... there were some not so nice customers that came through while I was waiting for my car to finish being serviced and the professionalism that I seen, despite being treated poorly by the customers, was awesome to see... Dom was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and taken care of... I am truly happy that I not only chose Brakes Plus, but that I chose THIS Brakes Plus to go to...

I went to Brakes Plus to get my brakes inspected and replaced. The staff told me that I need to replace the brake pads, shoes, rotors, and calipers; all of which I agreed to, with the understanding that this would resolve the issue. However, when I got my vehicle back, the brakes were still having the same issue. I brought up my concerns with the front desk staff and I dropped off my vehicle for a second time. I was notified that the issue had been resolved, but again, it wasn’t. I brought my vehicle to another location, they were able to resolve one of the issues; however, the brakes still squeak. Although Brakes Plus offers a lifetime warranty, I would be very cautious of what that entails for you. If you value your time and want things done right, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your vehicle repairs.

Was pressed for time, took my truck in for front brake repair (pads and rotors) with tire rotation. They never rotated the tires, charged me for it. Called their shop, refunded me the $11. Now I’m second guessing what else did they neglect with the front brake repair every time I press that brake pedal.

Came into the woodman location, K.T helped get me checked in. He was very helpful and I had a great experience. I brought my husband’s truck in first and then came back later on and took my 4 runner. All staff were friendly and helpful! If I wasn’t leaving the state I would be back!

Paid for new brakes before the old ones went bad. Now my car makes screeching, popping, and grinding sounds they won't address. Two weeks after they spun my rotors they are "garbage" and need replaced. Avoid this business at all costs unless you have thousands to throw away. I've never had a car work worse with PM before coming here
