I arrived for my appointment fully expecting to walk out the door before I had my brakes serviced because I'd lost all confidence in the staff at this location during prior encounters. But I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a very friendly and helpful young man I'd never seen before. Kollen clearly understood my hesitation and he very openly and honestly addressed all of my concerns. Between Kollen and Silas, the new manager at this location, I left with my confidence in this location fully restored. These young men are much more helpful and professional than most of the previous employees I've dealt with in the past. But more importantly, they're also more efficient and competent.
