While I appreciate the work they did on my car, the service took WAY too long. My appointment was at 9am and my car wasn't ready until 2:30! Be prepared to hear "it'll be ready in an hour" which i guess means 3+hours

I had an amazing experience at this location. Zayne helped me a lot and was very knowledgeable. I’d been to different ones in the springs and this was the best one so far! Mike also explained everything so I could understand! Great spot!

Went to brakes plus with my Toyota Highlander having a weird noise in the front suspension. Mike went over the whole car and told me I needed new shocks. They got it done by the next day. Was a great overall experience. Thanks Mike and team at brakes plus!

This brakes plus is awesome! Had me in and out quickly. Came in for breaks for loud squeak. Was told brakes still looked good and just needed a good wash. Saved some money and had excellent service!

Worst brakes plus I’ve ever been too. Worst customer satisfaction I’ve ever had from a brakes plus. They diagnosed my car wrong and were trying to get me to pay for a new ac condenser when I had two other mechanics look at my car and tell me that was not the problem. I didint even bother remembering their names because thats how unsatisfied I was with their service. Go to any other brakes plus!!!

Just went to have an alignment done earlier today. They threw my keys on the desk and gave me a “free” service on them. Want to find out how? Just know what you’re talking about and how to properly work on a vehicle and go watch them through the window they have there. Two days prior to today I spent a good 12 hours replacing hubs and bearing and new struts. In my driveway. To service manual spec. Snap on Torque wrenches, the whole nine. They bring me the pretty colored sheet with all your adjustments and tell me they can’t adjust my camber due to not having camber adjusters. My measurement was -0.6 left -0.7 right. We went back and forth that the bottom bolt could be adjusted due to it being slotted and adjustable. Just take a 22mm and loosen the 103ft-lbs bolt, adjust and torque. They offered to do it again. Round two. Same guy. Lifts the car up and starts doing the adjustment I talked about. Mind you the glass hasn’t moved at all. The building is the same and it’s only been 30min in between maybe. He did the passenger side first, when to move over to the driver side aaaaaand. Took off the laser from the wheel. Service was done. They brought me my new paper and everything was green. I am now in the positive and my alleged previous values were now 0.0 and 0.2. So I went from being ok to being better how? He told me it’s because of road imperfections and pot holes could have caught a different reading. The car drove 4miles to the shop with brand new parts. They only ever touched one pot hole or imperfection on the way there. He never touched the driver side and it’s obvious you brought out an inflated sheet and you were caught. Hence the keys being thrown on the desk and “free” service. You just cost me more time and energy in the end. Because someone will get paid to do it right. You just lost money because you can’t do the right thing. I wouldn’t let my tires touch their parking lot, even if it was for air in my tires. If you know, you know. Stay away. Nic took care of us and made sure we were set to be safe on the road. He also made sure my serpentine belt was checked before I got it replaced because Phil long Kia (my dealership) said it needed to be. It didn't and I was grateful they checked and were honest. Service was fast and overall I'm happy. Definitely wasn't expecting to have to get so much work done because I had no idea it was as bad as it was. It didn't feel right when I was driving and it was good I came in when I did. Disappointed in the motor city kia dealership for not catching these issues that were dangerously close to total failure. I would recommend this location in particular and Nic was very helpful.

We came in for a free brake inspection knowing our brakes were getting close to their lifetime, but we were also seeking an estimate of getting them replaced. We received our estimate and pricing looked great, but neither myself nor my husband get paid until the 15th so we literally do not have the money in our bank account. We were planning on coming back when we got paid and tried our hardest to communicate this to the employee, but he walked away angrily and then proceeded to mock us to his fellow coworkers. We will not be returning and will be taking our business elsewhere now. Thanks.
