Came here for an alignment, and was quickly welcomed with a friendly atmosphere. Sebastian made the transaction feel like a friend was helping a friend instead of feeling like it was a business transaction. The job was finished correctly and efficiently, and Trish was so sweet when she checked me out. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Came here after visiting the dealership the day prior and the dealership actually missed an issue that needed immediate attention. Sebastian explained to me very well what needed to be taken care of my car in regard to my breaks so I can have a better understanding and my car is much better! Excellent service, but they like the flat rate for charging labor. I came in for a headlight bulb change - 2nd time. 1.5 hours labor for 10-minute change out. The location has been a good one for major issues, but I will have to shop price now.

Trish, the new supervisor, provides a 12/10 customer service. I have been having suspension and brake issues on my Nissan & she not only takes time to explain what’s going on but does it a manner that is educational. I feel as she values her time communicating with each person. Super grateful to find honest people providing honest work. This has become my new go-to repair and maintenance shop. They have secured my business for as long as I remain in Dallas.

I honestly can’t thank Brakes Plus enough for what they did for me. To make a long story short Workforce solutions in Irving TX was supposed to pay to have my car fixed by them but workforce kept giving me a run around about it and these people at brakes plus where patient and nice enough to hold my car for over a month because workforce solutions irving kept delaying paying them to fix my car. Not only did they hold my car for me they even offered to fix my car for free if workforce didn’t pay them to fix it like they kept saying they where…. After over a whole month and a long stressful battle going back and forth with workforce Irving about paying brakes plus to fix my car, Workforce solutions Irving finally paid them to fix my car and I am pleased with Brakes Plus services. I definitely will be returning to brakes plus for all my future maintenance needs. They do good service and have great affordable prices. Thank you brakes plus for what yall did I really appreciate it!

Sebastian Pecina was super helpful and explained everything well. Coming to get anything fixed on a vehicle sometimes as a woman alone worries me that they will add random things but with his explanation of what I needed I had no concerns. My visit did last 4 hours but felt like way faster.

Trish at brakes plus is great. She helped me with a minor problem with my vehicle a/c and it’s working great now. She also was honest on brake repair needed to my wife’s vehicle stating no need for repairs at this time. Other places wanted complete brake repair including pads and rotors. She actually pulled the tire off and showed us the actual life left on the pads which was 50 %. Also showed us no need to pull the rotors and machine them. Awesome experience!

Trish is a fantastic communicator and put me at ease after my catalytic converter was stolen. I was able to get a new converter quoted and installed within 2 hours at a fair price. Sebastian did a great job on the car and had a lot of good advice about what to do in this situation. I will be going back if I need any other car service!

Trish is an angel. I am a single mom that knows ZERO about car repair expenses. When my brake pads wore out I was terrified of what I was going to need to have done and how much it would cost. Trish and her team walked me through the estimate and made me feel so much better about it. The cost was SO MUCH LESS than I had expected and the service was SO MUCH MORE than I could have imagined.
