AJ got me all set up with his. Worried about pricing but it was all reasonable given how irresponsible I’ve been with getting my brakes checked. I anticipated my truck being gonna most the morning but it took less than an hour to get everything replaced and fixed. Super communicative team and were friendly from the time of making the appt until I left. Coming back here for all my maintenance stuff they offer.

I've been loyal to this place for a while and I've always gotten the best service. They're honest with me about what needs to be done immediately, What can wait but needs to be done in the near future, And what should be done as a part of basic maintenance soon. I had to get a new master cylinder from them recently and was serviced by a man named AJ. My truck is a bit older and it took a little bit longer than expected to solve the problem due to complications that were unexpected. they communicated with me these complications as soon as they could and still got the job done in a timely manner, All things considered. They went above and beyond and worked with me on a more than fair price, despite the extra effort required to get the job done. I have been loyal to this place for years and they continue to earn my loyalty every time I go in there. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I’ve taken my car here multiple times and the service has always been incredible. Mike is the manager that I’ve worked with and he is awesome! He does a great job communicating all of the details about how the service will work. I’ve always had a great experience here and they do high quality work. Highly recommend!

Stopped in today for an oil change we scheduled. They were a little backed up and still did a great job getting us in and out quickly. Mike W did the work on our car and was kind, quick, and did a good job. They even gave my toddler crayons and a coloring page to help us pass time. Thank you!

Had a fantastic experience at Brakes Plus on Quebec. My check engine light came on while driving my 2001 Toyota Tacoma pickup. I was able to get a same day evaluation appointment, to diagnose the issue with the truck’s engine. It turns out some of the valves entering/leaving the engine were leaking- most likely due to the age of the truck. Luckily, the part was available at some distant location- so it was shipped overnight to Denver. Like they say- the rest is history…They were able to successfully install the new part, and I was on my way with my fixed truck in just under 24 hours…Very impressive! Everyone I dealt with at the Denver-Quebec location was very professional, and communicated the diagnosis, as well as, the best way to fix my truck- in a clear understandable manner. In my humble opinion, that is the best way to run your business!

I took my Dodge Ram 3500 for brakes and axle work to brakes plus on Quebec St. I highly recommend them if you need any break services in the future. This Breaks Plus location is consistent fast and has excellent customer service. They got my car in and out in 45 minutes for an oil change. They suggest other repairs but they’re not pushy. I highly recommend them if you need an oil change, alignment tire rotation or new brakes.

If I could give this a 1000000000/5 star rating I would. Let me just start by thanking AJ and his amazing customer service skills and for dealing with me when I was extremely emotional and stressed. I was in the process of shipping my car for an upcoming PCS and my emergency brakes were not holding. After calling multiple locations AJ told me to come to him and he would fix it. His confidence in finding the problem and quickly fixing it, despite a full work days schedule, is something I will forever be grateful for. My car was able to be shipped and everything was fully working after him and his team worked on it. Again, I will forever be grateful for helping me during this stressful time. And for showing me grace and patience. I am not sure of the mechanics that worked on my car but I also very much appreciate them. I wish there was a brakes plus at my next duty station because they are honestly one of the only places I trust with my vehicle. Thank you AJ and brakes plus, I am forever in debt to you!!!

Worked with Mike S. for my scheduled oil change. He was super friendly, had my appt info up and ready to go when I walked in, and told me about a $20 discount code on their website that I could use when my car was ready to pick up, even though he could have easily not mentioned that at all. Love the service here and the ease of both making appts ahead of time and the staff always being super friendly.

Friendly front desk and customer service both over the phone and in person. The mechanics were also very communicative and helpful when it came to diagnosis and solution. I would also say that it was an affordable fix for what I had going on and would go back in the future.
