Another great day getting serviced at Breaks Plus! Gadiel was very helpful at the counter and Sean was amazing as always! Came in for a routine oil change and found out i was needing a baring replaced! The gentleman were able to show me on my car what we were needing to replace, and even ate the cost of an additional baring that broke when attempting to replace the one we agreed to replace! Client service and care doesn’t get any better than this, I will continue to refer anyone and everyone here for some good honest mechanic work!

Came in for oil change was greeted Gadiel. Gadiel was polite and professional, explained in details recommended services. I did not feel pressured doing any “extra” that I may or may not need…In and out in less than a hr, will definitely come back again!

DONOT let this location or Breaks Plus touch your Car's engine or anything under the hood if you want your car to last longer. They blow my car's engine and they took over a month to replace the engine and they still install critical components incorrectly. Update They will never answer if you emailed them on the email they provide in the reply. Waste of time and incompetent customer service

I started hearing some squeaking at about 42,000 miles on my truck, they did a full inspection and told me that the squeaking was not a safety concern. Them telling me that my pads have plenty of life left when I was prepared to spend some money was quite refreshing. Thank you for approaching your clients with integrity !

I was referred to this shop by another reliable source and was told I would be taken care of, and they did not disappoint! I came on a snow ice day and the whole team was there ready to work with a smile on their face. Gadiel was extremely kind and made my experience so easy! As a young single woman I felt comfortable and like they had my best intentions in mind. Gadiel even went out of his way to add a license plate border to my car that I had not gotten a chance to place! Definitely not something in their job description but just describes the amazing customer service they provide. James was also SO amazing, explaining and educating me on how the brakes work and what everything meant. It made everything feel less over whelming so that I could make the right decision. The whole staff was kind, patient, friendly, and made me feel safe and taken care of. They even went out of their way to listen to other concerns I had about my car & run diagnostics plus gave me a checklist of all the car maintenance reminders to help me in the future. Highly recommend this specific location and store! The vibes and energy of everyone were extremely positive! Especially with it being so cold and snowy outside, their attitudes and work ethic were absolutely top notch! I never write reviews but felt it in my heart to give the whole team working on 01/09/2025 a shoutout!
