The other day I received a special offer email from Brakes Plus with Black Friday deals. $24.99 for conventional oil change and $169.99 for the premium brake package, I thought to myself ok now that’s a damn good deal so I called and made an appointment for this morning at 9. When I got there I showed them the coupons I screenshotted, after nearly 10min of typing on the keyboard the employee finally said the premium brake package coupon is per axle. I told him it doesn’t say that anywhere in the email or coupon. My first two trips here went great but after this I won’t be coming back. What a load of horseshit! I was all excited about getting new brakes and now I have been let down

These guys are true blessings! We had a broken rotor! Dylan, Mason, Nathan and Nick all were very attentive and caring. The first thing these guys said was We are worried about y'all's safety! They showed us everything that was concerning to them. Asked us our opinion on what we were comfortable with doing instead of forcing us to get everything thing done! They called us and communicated everything with us. Super professional team that works together effectively to get the job done. They truly cared about my husband and I! Thanks BRAKES PLUS! Thieves tried to steal a PSvita game system from a closed box in back seat. When I confronted manager we both walked outside to the car. One of the guys came from back to "find it in my floorboard up front" little did he know I watch his arm with the console come from outside the car and reached in to find it. Once it was "found" only thing said is "that's not how we operate". Save yourself trouble never go here. All the employees are crooks!!! Jason, Mason and his little crooks will steal and lie to you. Same day I had a buddy drop off his car and they recommended new tires on his car with his new tires only having 10miles on them. Upsale, thieves and crooks. Worst experience ever at a service business.

WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Up and down top to bottom. From the time we walked in to the time we walked out the door Dylan, Nathan, nick and mason did a SPECTACULAR job taking care of me and my wife, not only did they do a 10/10 job but they made sure we were save when we left the parking lot. I can say for 100% certainly that I was blessed to come into this shop and be serviced by this wonderful group of gentlemen.

Made an appointment for an alignment check, everything seemed fine and showed up this morning and they tell me the machine Is down. Someone might want to update the website or make a sign so you don't waste anyone else's time.

Wow ! I have to say that brakes plus is the place everyone needs to go for their cars. Specifically this place is great ! Had a minor issue but boy did they compensate/ rectify my experience. Thank you GM Mason, you’ve surely earned that title going above and beyond ! I was not expecting yall rectifying to that extent but it’s well appreciated. Brakes plus definitely stands by their great business ethics and it shows. My wife and I will always be coming here. We appreciate it very much ! Keep up the great work and doing the right thing.
