James was very friendly and helpful when I took my car in for a minor repair. When it turned into a bigger job than initially thought, he took the time to explain why it would take longer than expected and did not even charge me anything extra for the additional labor. Great customer service! I highly recommend this place!

I rarely write reviews. Great job with practical application. I needed something done, but they found something more crucial that needed to be done- not upselling- this was about prioritizing. I only got the one the higher priority work done, but I do need to get the other work taken care of. When I’m ready for that I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here! Sometimes you just have to prioritize. This was about being safe. Thanks Lance!

Friendly service and willingness to help when other shops around here wouldn’t will have me coming back to get my car cared for when needed. By far the best customer service I’ve ever received they were very professional,worked with me on cost due to my situation and urgency in fixing my brakes offered me a great discount .They were very prompt and fixed the situation so quick despite the fact that it was snowing.Kept me updated along every other customer.The work performed on my vehicle was also well done. I brought my Corvette into Brakes Plus on N. Tarrant Parkway today for a significant electrical issue, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The team quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem, and their estimate was not only reasonable but also came in under budget. While working on the car, they also addressed other issues, including a power steering pump, all with the same level of care and professionalism. I’m extremely impressed with the genuineness and honesty of the sales staff and the manager. This team has truly earned my trust. Brakes Plus is now my go-to shop for any car issues. Highly recommend!

The Brakes Plus Team on North Tarrant in Fort Worth is amazing. I brought my daughter’s car in before she left for a road trip. They performed a comprehensive visual inspection of the vehicle and made recommendations based on mileage and discovery. After agreeing to the repairs the team was professional and efficient continually keeping me updated on progress. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with access to WiFi, which enabled be to work while I waited. I highly recommend this location and can’t say enough great things about Nathan, James and the entire Brakes Plus TEAM.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. From start to finish, Lance and his team were the epitome of professional, provided quality & timely service, excellent communication and fair pricing. My car needed extensive front end repair from what I thought was a minor fender bender. Lance showed me the parts on my car that were damaged and provided me with a fair and honest estimate. Even though a couple of parts needed ordered from the dealership and we had 2 days of snow, all the repairs were completely quickly. My car now drives and handles better than before the accident and I couldn't be more pleased! It was a pleasure to work with Lance and I'll be bringing my car back for all my car maintenance and repair business in the future. Thanks so much Lance, James and all the team for such a wonderful experience!
