10/10 service and customer service!! This will be my go to spot from now on. As a girl in her twenties it is so intimidating to go get your car serviced if you know nothing about cars. However they did not try to up charge me and actually explained to me what was needed! Actually even gave me some discounts as well! Weight lifted off my shoulders and feel confident leaving! :) Chris and team THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I have a 1998 Dodge Ram that needed a steering adjustment and an oil change. The staff was very polite and prompt and took great care of my truck! If you need any work done and want to have a good experience, go to this location!

10/16/2024 North Tarrant Parkway Fort Worth Location My vehicle is 6 years old, with 80k miles and I'm the 3rd owner but I know the previous two owners. I didn't think the brakes had ever been serviced, so I went to Brakes Plus to take advantage of their current brake special. I was immediately greeted and waited on and after requesting my brakes to be checked, my car was brought right in and the service began. After a short while, the techs determined that my brakes were fine with the pads showing only minor wear and the rotors looked great. I was told that it's still going to be a good while before I needed brake service. I was very pleased and decided to have the brake fluid flushed. Least I could do, in the face of such great news. Since I didn't need a brake job, I can't attest to that service but I will say that the staff was efficient and honest, especially General Manager Adam Phillips

Chris Harris at the Coventry Hills location on Tarrant Parkway Brakes Plus was friendly and knowledgeable. Had an early appointment so I was able to get in and get out within an hour, oil change and tire rotation. very clean and comfortable.

Super cool guys and patient. I knew I had a minor issue with my rear pads. The pins were loose and the pad was grinding. The dudes didn’t even charge me. I’m leaving them a good tip with a better review.

I had a great experience here getting my mother’s car inspected and oil changed and people working here are friendly even later in the day when most people are tired and ready to go home. Between my wife and, mother , and myself we have now used this place about a half dozen times. Highly recommend!!

Never met an honest crew when it comes to car maintenance until I came here. No run around and straightforward honesty when it comes to what you actually need. I drove an hour across town due to the fantastic experience I’ve heard people had. Absolutely worth the drive. I will now only take my car here.

THIS IS THE PLACE AND MIKE IS YOUR GUY!!!!! I took my car in at 9am, they figured out the issue with my grabbing front brakes immediately. They had to order the parts, but my car was still finished and running like a champ before the day was out! Just a great bunch of guys out here. Will ALWAYS be bringing my vehicle here from now on!

They have some fine people working here. Needed lower control arms replaced. For my car they’re difficult to get to, and manufacturer calls for 11 hrs labor. But the service advisor, Chris, along with the techs were very knowledgeable and had a way to do it in 6 hrs. This shop isn’t out for your money, they’re super resourceful and knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to save you whatever they can.
