William was extremely kind and helpful. Let me know what services I needed immediately and what could wait until I had the funds. I was getting ready for a short road trip and called the next day worried about my drive belt squealing. He told me to come by right then and had a mechanic check it for me on the spot. Would definitely come back and recommend others to use Brakes Plus as well!

I have been to this shop multiple times with great service however this last time I was completely ripped off. I had to have a part replaced that Autozone quoted me for $100. After receiving my bill from Brakes Plus they charged me $220.99 for the same part.

I was very pleased with the service I received from this Brakes Plus location. I had an expired coupon and William allowed me to still use the coupon and provided me the service I needed on my car. The service was quick and efficient and I was out of there and back to my day in no time at all. Thanks guys!

It was my first experience at Brakes Plus today and they were very exceptional! They took care of my vehicle in a very timely manner, and they were very friendly and welcoming. I think they are far better and more experienced than other automotive companies, which is why I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely go back here!

6 months ago I had them check my brakes pads since they’re squeaking. They recommended I get the rotors resurfaced due to surface rust and to leave the pads alone. 3 months ago they started to squeak again so I figured maybe this time it’s the pads or maybe the rotors so I didn’t bother looking into it and started buying pads/rotors to change them myself. Imagine my surprise when the front passenger had only 4/5 lugs threaded on after I removed hub cap! I understand the techs are human and mistakes happen, especially the demand they’re under. But as President Reagan once said, “Trust but Verify”

I couldn’t be happier with this garage and their staff. For the last two years I have brought multiple vehicles to this location and they have handled everything from transmissions, a/c compressors and oil changes to TX inspections. I went to the shop for pricing to put a battery on my Mercedes i was given a price for 200 by one of the staffs the next day they changed the price to 314 dollars not truthful at all
