I couldn’t be happier with this garage and their staff. For the last two years I have brought multiple vehicles to this location and they have handled everything from transmissions, a/c compressors and oil changes to TX inspections. I had got my brake rotors replaced at a different shop and they ended up rusting pretty quickly. When I took it back to the store they said nothing could be done. However, when I called Brakes Plus they told me to bring my car up there so they could take a look at it. Brakes plus ended up being able to remove the rotor dust for a reasonable price. So they saved me from having to go through the trouble of buying completely new rotors.

Overcharged me $200 for stuff I didn't ask for. I been coming here for a long time for small work like oil changes and pads, this time the mechanic took advantage of me. I only asked them to change 4 pads and they also did a $100 dollar brake flush and $100 rotor surfacing without telling me. Cost me $640 total for this. A different mechanic even called to tell me the rotors were fine before they installed any pads. They also had the nerve to try and upcharge for $700 in additional repairs. Do not trust this place, take your business elsewhere.

Tommy and Robert were delightful to work with on getting my car inspected as was the mechanic/ tech that did the inspection. Robert went out of his way to make my son a hot chocolate since there was an issue with the hot water dispenser in the waiting area. I would highly recommend this shop.

Beware of this place. I had a rotor replacement and wheel bearing on my left tire. Unfortunately they didn't do it right. I paid $545 for the repair only to have it done again. Everything wasn't tightened properly so the bearings wore due to a poor mechanic that didnt know what he's doing. Avoid this place or you'll be paying for more repairs.

I brought my car here and they gave me an estimate of the damage, but then they found more that had gone bad once they started working. (I am deliberately leaving out details). Finally got it back and it was perfect, but then the AC died the next day. Took it back in, talked with Tommy, and he personally made sure everything was working. These are the mechanics you want to use. Thank you, Brakes Plus, and thank you, Tommy! Awesome work!

Really great experience for a short visit. They did my annual state inspection, and recognized that I needed new wiper blades, and also a new battery. My service tech was Tommy Coffman, and he was outstanding! The wait was minimal, everyone there seemed to be moving promptly and with purpose to reduce wait time. Tommy explained everything in plain language, was patient with my questions, and got me in and out of there with no waiting. He came out to the car with me and showed me why I needed new blades. He also showed me the corrosion on my battery and gave me an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised that he didn't give me the hard sell when I said I didn't want to replace the battery right then. That really made me think I will go back again when I need service. Tommy processed my payment and gave me an estimate for the battery in no time. I hope you give Tommy an attaboy for his great service. I plan to use them in the future.

All that I can say is WOW! From the customer service , to the pricing, I am absolutely amazed by these guys. You can really tell that they want to get you the best deal, and make sure your car is safe to drive. The honesty and integrity they show is unmatchable to any other mechanic shop I have ever been to, where I was talked down to as a woman, and overcharged. These guys will treat you with respect, and care. They told me my car would be done in 2 hours, the got done just shy of 2 hours, very honest guys! My breaks were in really bad shape, and I am confident that they did a great job!

I brought in my 2021 Hyundai palisade due to my AC blowing out hot air. I was quoted that I would be charged $600 for a recharge. I took my vehicle to a Hyundai service center ,They charge me $259 so I did feel like I was being overly charged . The service shop at Hyundai laughed when i told them the price i was quoted at brake plus.

I recently took my 2009 F150 (with 260k miles) to Brake Plus Complete Auto Service at 7360 N. Beach St. in Fort Worth, TX, and I can't say enough about their professionalism and expertise. The team quickly and efficiently handled repairs on my truck's shocks, struts, brakes, and front-end suspension. The turnaround was incredibly timely—I was back on the road the same day. Not only was the service prompt, but the pricing was also very affordable, especially for the amount of work that needed to be done. I had to return for some warranty work on the struts, and General Manager Jeremy Patrick was a standout. He took care of the issue at no cost to me and made the process stress-free. Additionally, Jeremy went above and beyond by sourcing a new ABS module for my truck through his extensive vendor network. He even arranged a time for me to bring the truck back that fit my schedule, ensuring I didn't face any travel delays. I also want to highlight the incredible customer service from Service Advisor Tommy Coffman. I witnessed him assisting an 86-year-old customer who was dealing with an alternator and battery issue while running late for a dental appointment. Tommy loaned her his phone to reschedule her appointment, diagnosed her car’s problem quickly, secured the necessary parts, and ensured she had safe transportation home while her car was being repaired. His friendly and compassionate demeanor was truly heartwarming. Finally, a huge thanks to Master Technician Rico, who played a pivotal role in advocating for me during the warranty work on my faulty struts. I went in thinking I needed an alignment, ended up being my front brakes needed replaced with roaters. I am a single mom who was not prepared for this cost. They worked with me 100%. So kind, understanding and even ordered me a lift back to my job while they did the repairs. 10/10 recommend and will be back for all my service needs.

Updating a prior review of 5 stars, been coming here for years, the new staff is incredibly slow for oil changes. Wouldn't recommend this place for smaller needs, only bigger fixes where you're planning on time being needed

Went to get state inspection and it did take a little long but when they were done Tommy came out to let me know everything was good and it passed. Talking to Tommy about another vehicle which is my son’s truck on the front suspension bushings and ball joints. Tommy was so helpful with information. Very nice and helpful..
