I highly recommend this place. Eugene took care of me as soon as I walked through the door. His guys turned my rotors and replaced my pads on my 2019 Tundra. Great price too! I will be back.

Very nice, patient kind, and knowledgeable auto mechanic professionals. They work hard to make sure you are pleased with the work they do. They take pride in what they do. I recently moved to Texas and I am grateful to find a repair shop that is seemingly honest and respectful of my auto repair needs! The mechanics, advisors, and service techs make sure you understand the work they will complete for you and they show you the issues they find on your vehicle before they write up an estimate. Joshua and Elwood are very nice and professional. They don’t have issues emailing your estimate of repair and answering your questions and concerns. Elwood is an awesome employee and very knowledgeable. I love that the business always has specials and coupons you can use on their site for your repairs. The guys make sure to inform you of the coupons as well. Lastly, I can’t stop singing their praises, especially Elwood! However I like that the Brake Plus will allow you to bring in your own parts and they complete the labor for a slightly higher labor cost. You definitely will be happy if you are in need service for your vehicle.

Overall good experience, didn’t try to obnoxiously upsale me on anything outside of what I came for. Management was good and so was staff. They were upfront about time to get stuff done.

All the staff at this location are simply top notch. They are honest about their work, and they show you the necessary repairs needed on the vehicle. I completely changed out my brake system with them and received a decent price, with warranties on all axles. Happy to start business with them, and I look forward to taking advantage of their other services!

Fabulous service today. Arrived for my 2:00 appointment for alignment. Had alignment finished quickly. After finished, I inquired about full synthetic oil change. Informed about online coupon for oil change. Then did oil change. I was back in my car on my way before 3!! Eugene was very informative. Will definitely be back.

My 2012 tundra was showing some wear and tear on the brakes and Justin did an amazing job of taking care of me. He even got in a “tussle“ with Toyota over a part that they are redesigning and therefore won’t allow any of their already existing parts to be sold. Regardless, Justin got creative and was able to get me back in my truck. Thanks!

My husband took my 22 xt6 to change the brake pads. It does not have the stock brake pads so it was really hard trying to find a place that carried them besides the dealership. They were able to get them for us at a better price and were really responsive and helpful.

Went in for alignment. Car was examined and found to need major suspension work. Justin explained everything and answered all my questions very patiently. Day was set to get work done, Another gentleman was there when I took car in, arranged for Lyft to take me home and pick me up. When I went back to get car a third gentleman was there to get my payment processed etc. All available discounts were applied to the charges. Can't say enough good about the service I received! They were all very patient with a not so young lady! Thank you!! Special thanks to Justin! I will be back in the future!

Justin and Ricky were incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything about the repairs to me in a way I could easily understand. They made sure I felt comfortable with the process, and their attention to detail really stood out. To top it off, they even made me a fresh cup of coffee while I waited! I pulled in to the first Brake service strore I saw with quick developing Brake noise late in the day with a long holiday weekend approaching. Thank you Ricky and Brake Plus for the patience and time to accomidate the repair I wanted complete with a ride home and then a ride back to pick up my car the following day.
