Break Plus is hands down the best auto repair shop I’ve been to! Ricky, the manager, went above and beyond to beat my lowest quote I had got which I thought was impossible for four brand-new rotors and pads and brake fluid flush, saving me money without sacrificing quality. He was incredibly transparent and honest throughout the entire process, making sure I understood exactly what was being done to my car. The service was insanely fast he called me at 2 and said he would be able to get it done today which is unheard of, he was professional, and exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m beyond grateful for the amazing experience and will definitely be coming back for any future car needs!

I love, respect, and trust this shop! Ricky the current manager is very thorough, honest, professional, and takes pride in all he and the staff undertakes in servicing and repairing your vehicle. Brayden, their newer mechanic to the shop, really knows his stuff when it comes to diagnosing hard to find issues on any model car! Martin is very friendly, patient, professional (they all are), and accommodating. I miss Elwood who used to be at the store, was one of the greats, and was why I started patronizing Brakes Plus!

I will recommend Brake Plus to whoever needs an auto service. Eugene and Evans are respectful and awesome individuals. If you’re in West Fort Worth or White Settlement and you need an auto service, the one place to go is Brake Plus on White Settlement road.

Overall great experience. The service advisor Martin was awesome to work with. He knew how to explain everything that needed to be done to my vehicle. The technicians were very thorough and kept a clean shop. All in all I'll be using this shop for my other vehicles when needed..

Eugene was honest and straightforward. Very professional and had my servicing done quickly. Brakes, alignment, and tire rotation all completed. Even gave me a Lyft to and from the shop so I didn’t have to wait onsite! Great service!

The wait time was reasonable as a walk-in customer, and they still over-delivered by finishing my brake fluid flush and power steering fluid flush ahead of schedule. Elwood was kind and professional while handling my business. Very honest and did not try to upsell me anything. Waiting area was clean and pleasant also

Went in for an alignment and worked with Elwood. They were quick super helpful and didn’t try to force me to buy anything else. They even showed me the exact numbers of what was wrong and how they were fixing it can’t ask for much more than that. Highly recommend.

Best service out there! Couldn’t have been better! Ricky is the manager, and I’ve been in leader roles for awhile, I can certainly say you only come across leaders like him once in a blue moon. If you ever need your car serviced please look no further then this amazing shop!!

Had to come in for some engine work due to a possible bad oil change from a different shop. They redid my timing got my car back to me less then a week even with holidays. I feel confident and comfortable cooking here again. Elwood has been great to work with helping me find parts, transparent and working within a budget. I'll be bringing all my vehicles here and reccomending for any maintence and then some. The entire staff has been great too wish I got the name of the mechanic that worked on my car as well. My car has been stressful but this shop made it easy.

Very nice, patient kind, and knowledgeable auto mechanic professionals. They work hard to make sure you are pleased with the work they do. They take pride in what they do. I recently moved to Texas and I am grateful to find a repair shop that is seemingly honest and respectful of my auto repair needs! The mechanics, advisors, and service techs make sure you understand the work they will complete for you and they show you the issues they find on your vehicle before they write up an estimate. Joshua and Elwood are very nice and professional. They don’t have issues emailing your estimate of repair and answering your questions and concerns. Elwood is an awesome employee and very knowledgeable. I love that the business always has specials and coupons you can use on their site for your repairs. The guys make sure to inform you of the coupons as well. Lastly, I can’t stop singing their praises, especially Elwood! However I like that the Brake Plus will allow you to bring in your own parts and they complete the labor for a slightly higher labor cost. You definitely will be happy if you are in need service for your vehicle.
