Had my brakes done here last year with a lifetime warranty but rotors didn’t need serviced at the time. Car started shaking. Rob at the Haslet location took care of us quickly and got us new rotors on and new brake pads with my warranty! Driving smooth again! Thank you Rob!

Tommy is professional and kind. My car would not stop shaking after a brake job by a different mechanic (NOT Brakes Plus). After a month of dealing with it, Tommy and his team had it fixed within the afternoon! Highly recommend. Ask for Tommy to help.

I had a great experience at the Brakes plus in Haslet Texas. The service agent Justin did a great job negotiating with the warranty company. The warranty company was not going to pay for certain services on my vehicle so Justin stepped in and negotiated with the Company to pay for all the services. He went above and beyond to make things better. Kudos for Justin.

I had a lug stud replaced and the process was really quick and the guys were real thorough in helping me throughout the whole process. I spoke to Adam over the phone and he was able to give me a really nice quote and helped me set up an appointment without any problems. Great service thanks a lot yall.

Roger and Rob were both very helpful and went beyond any other place I had been to in customer service. They worked with my tight schedule to get my truck in for multiple issues and always delivered. Highly recommend. They have what most places have lost.

My brakes were very bad. They replaced them within a few hours and Rob was very nice to me. I recommend them for a quick auto repair. It cost quite a bit but they did a nice job.

I believe the one star reviews on here, and I never got any service. I called to ask how much tomreolace the spark plugs and was told to drive up so he could scan my vin. I said I could give him that over the phone. He said to get that info and he'd put me on a brief (hos word choice) hold and come back. 15 minutes later (after 5 mins, I started scanning groupon and made a fb post ro my community asking who they recommend). My son walked in my room, and I asked to borrow his phone. While I was still on hold (screen was showing 15 minutes, yes FIFTEEN, and some seconds), I called from my son's phone and the same guy answered on the third ring. I told him I was the one he still had on hold and he laughs and says "Oh, I had someone in front of me, they just walked away. Now you have my undivided attention). Possible, but I call BS. I told him "No thanks, I already see what type of service I'd get. I'll go somewhere else." and I hung up. I woildnt expect to receive good customer service from these folks. Beware. Lies started before I even made it up there.

Great service. Made an appointment, they got me in today, and did my oil change and tire rotation with no problem. They also gave me information about my brakes, but didn’t try to force anything on me. Will definitely be back in the future.
