Had a 10:00 appointment for a simple oil change. Two hours later and im just now done. Thr arrogance and attitude from the enployees is beyond ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else if your time is valuable.

My car was working fine. Go to start it and nothing. Various stages of not working and I’m forced to tow it. I towed it to brakes plus because I have had good experiences with my wife’s car. The repair bill starts to build. Diagnosis, battery, fuses and finally a pretty expensive wiring harness. All fit my symptoms and after a little comparing prices, I accepted my fate as I could see they were giving me a deal. They called me when I was at work and I was expecting the price to jump. Tommy told me when I called him back that they were able to isolate/ fix the problem without the wiring harness and my bill decreased by 2 grand. I know they didn’t charge me for all the labor they put into it. I already told them to go ahead with the harness and the honesty they showed by not putting it in anyway was very much appreciated. Brakes plus will be my go to repair shop going forward. Thanks again!

I have been here time and time again over the years. These guys take better care of me than any auto shop in DFW. They care, they work hard, and do what’s right by the customer. You can’t ask for a better shop to take care of your car.

They are always so quick and efficient especially when you make an appointment. They don’t pressure you to get something done that you don’t want done. Tommy was especially kind and kept me up to speed with things.

Upon my arrival at Brakes Plus, my service advisor, Chris was very helpful and got me checked-in right away. I came in for a diagnostic and he got me in and out very quickly. After several visits to the dealership and local autoshops around the city, Brakes Plus has never dissapointed me during my visits. The technician that worked on my vehicle was very sincere and genuine about what my vehicle needed and never recommended me parts that my vehicle did not need. I will always come back here for maintenance on my vehicle.

2nd visit, first was for oil change all good, but this last 10.16.24 pretty bad, called 9:30 for appointment the guy say yeah 11am, show up 10:50-went to way back burgers, back 11:40 guess what they didn’t even move yet my Truck from the parking spot… the guy said we are busy sorry I said you should avoid this a great moment since the moment I called you and say come by later when I called 9:30… y’all need a better scheduling process the actual Sucks

After my friend's Mercedes didn't get oil put back in with her oil change, I will be making it highly known that nobody should be going to Brakes Plus. She's without a vehicle now and can't get in touch with anyone that will take this seriously.

Didn't try to charge me for unneeded services, showed me what exactly was wrong and what parts needed to be replaced. I will definitely be coming here for future services that I can't do myself.

If I could give them a zero 0️⃣ I would. My husband took my car, a Mercedes, in for an oil change and they didn’t put the new oil back in!!! My engine is GONE!! They claim they will make it right but I don’t even trust them to touch my car again!! We Had to call a tow truck after my husband barely made it home, just glad he got here safe. YOU OWE ME A NEW CAR BRAKES PLUS Saginaw!! What is going on here at this location?!! Are your techs completely high while working or what?!

Went in to get brakes checked because they were making horrible noises, they charged me $100, and the noise came back within minutes of driving. Thought I would give them another chance and have them do an alignment on my truck, so I make an appointment at 1:00 pm only to show up and them tell me the guy who was supposed to do it was at lunch, but it didn't matter anyway because they just started an alignment on another vehicle and it would be atleast 45 min before they could start my vehicle. Why even take appointments if they don't mean anything?

Good shop for repair needs. A little pricey but good work. But the customer service on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. I would recommend you make sure to double check your estimates to match your final bill. They are not very good at relaying information especially if the price changes prior to them doing the work, you find out on the bill. Also make sure to confirm any maintenance items you wish them to perform. Twice I've had my truck there for repairs and wanted extra services done and both times the repairs were done no problems but the services were missed. Last make sure to take notes. Each person I talked with told me different things. From the cost, or is this service provided at your location, to what fluid is specifically needed for my model, to what are the manufacturer's recommendations. I would say they are good shop for repairs but not so much for over all maintenance.

Hit a curb right before Labor Day and threw off my tire. Brought it into Brakes Plus and they informed me that I bent a strut. Agreed to replace both struts and found out I also bent a control arm and tie rod. They took amazing care of me at a fair price for the damage I did. Would highly recommend them. Rep I spoke to throughout service was named Chris.

I have been to this location so many times and was only place to go but what happened today Fri 9-20 is unacceptable and disrespectful On Friday 9-20 at 12:45 pm I went for oil change I have been in this location so many times and both the manager and the lady who work there was very helpful but this time neither one of them was there and employees seems to be so bias working based on their personal preference they don't respect customers order at all it took me over 3 hours for an oil change and had 4 customers who came after me and all of them left and their car were served before me anyway I will never come back to this place again

This was our second time in for service at Brakes Plus in Haslet. They are so professional and did our work in a very timely fashion. Definitely would recommend Brakes Plus for any of your car repairs and service.
